Wonderful
Nice clean apartment. Included a washing machine, which I didn't know before booking, that was a huge help. 4 different swimming pools to choose from on site that cater for all ages. My kids loved it.
We paid to stay an extra night. There's also a little shop off site but next door for essentials. And a restaurant on site.
The location is abit far from the beach. It's about half hour..including all the shops. Me and my family walked everywhere. I also got bit quite badly, inside and outside the apartment, so make sure you have some really good bite cream!!

The aquapark is close. The kitchen was ok and well equipped.
The mattress was old and bumpy. We have ants. The ac was old and noisy and the temperature in the room didn't go below 27°C during the day. The bathroom and the furniture were old too. The refrigerator has interior damages. The water in the bathroom was either too cold or too hot, it was very hard to set an ok temperature of the water. The balcony door didn't close ok. The pools weren't so clean.

+ We chose this place, because of many Pools.
+ It is nice Complex.
+ Restaurant was nice. Of course there is inflation also in the Sunny Beach, but Restaurant was still good Option.
. Earlier years this place was not that popular. Now the Pools were over-crowded. It was disappointment, because there were now too few Deck Chairs. Also most of the time these chairs were reserved.

The location is in a quiet place. The pools are fine. We went for the one with the big slide but it is not always available. The kitchen has everything you need. We stayed in a 2 room apartment and there air conditioning in every room. There is a free parking and it wasn't crowded.
We stayed at the top floor, the third, and there was no elevator. The sofa bed was bumpy and uncomfortable. The double bed was narrow, with a foam mattress or a foam topper, over the main mattress, witch slides and at the margins you have the feeling that you will fall. The drain from the shower was clogged and the water needed several hours to drains. The shower head was old and rusty.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable and had good facilities to use including a washing machine which was very useful. The pools and grounds were very well looked after and very secure.
The fact the on site market & restaurant/bar was advertised as open until the 24th September, we arrived on the 5th September & they closed 4 days later.

Nice view from the room, towards the golf court.
Very quite. Good restaurant inside the resort. Good parking place. Helpful and English speaking staff.

Perfect resort, many swimming pools, clean rooms
Resort is located next to the ring road, but it's not a big problem. We got only 2 towels per person.

I liked the staff (friendly and professional at the same time), the tourists, and how the resort is organised (buildings with pools in their proximity).
