Very Good
Room size decent but clean. Close to the main areas in town, and also to Chaika beach, apx. meters. Complex is very very very GREEN and well maintened we loved it, very clean outside and taken care. Have like 8-9 different pools, all very clean and maintained, also have a decent restaurant. Also there is playgrounds for kids which is good. And a lot of free parking
Beds we didnt like them, mattress are very old, and with springs, springs were kicking your back, so if you have a hard time to sleep on such bed like me, you have real problem, like me. Another issue, no elevator so if you are on top floor, its a little hassle with your bags. Parking is free and you can park anywere outside the security gates, but its not secured can be little bit worry, but we have been 10 days and nothing happen soi think you will be perfectly fine

Very Good
The apartments and the grounds were clean and well maintained. There are numerous swimming pools with plenty of sunbeds. The cafe on site offers reasonable food at reasonable prices.

Disappointing
The location is a ways from the airport. Good if you have a car. The studio itself seemed fine at first then way too noisy because of too many children. On the 2nd to the last day I discovered the beach! 20-30 minutes walk.
The cabdriver who overcharged me did not know where the office was. The first night was okay then I noticed that it was very noisy and children ran around until 11 PM usually unsupervised. Noone explained anything like the TV so I thought it was not working. No info about the area. A neighbor happened to mention the beach two days before I left. Credit cards did not work at the restaurants. Very widespread property which was not good for me, way too much walking!

Big enough rooms. Clean. Numerous pools, even for small kids. Enough pool chairs. Clean water. 2 restaurants with delicious food. really close to Nevis aqua park. Nice interior garden. Overall a very nice place to stay. It's appropiate for long stays too. There's a big supermarket close by.

The apartment was very clean and smelled very nice. All area is very lovely, clean, green and looked after. Our kids (13,7 and 6 years old) have enjoyed the pool with big slide. Also in the evening there are kids programs going on as well. Car park is safe. Walking distant to town and the restaurants. Local shop is 10 min away. 20 min walking to the beach which is very nice and clean. We ( family of 5) have enjoyed our 1st stay in Bulgaria.

Fantastic place for families and/or people looking for calm time in Sunny Beach reagion. Walking distance to the beach (20 min), pools available inside the object. Very good working wifi, nothing to complain about.

Apartment was excellent. Fully equipped with separate bedroom. AC works very well. Lovely swimming pools as on photos. Everyone will find spot for itself. Definitely... kids won't be bored :) There are two restaurant in the complex, little shop outside main gate and supermarket across the road. Highly recommend.
