It is very comfortable and nice for families if they locate you in the first floor , otherwise less comfortable as there is no elevator and lots of stairs to go up and unhappy kids... We lived both options, happily we had 2 days on the first floor which made our experience a lot better ?
We didn't like the fact that we weren't told there is no elevator for the 4th floor which is quite high as it take 2 sets of stairs which makes it more like 8 floors to go up with kids and stuff you brought and other stuff you buy to feed the kids. Also there are some people living there as owners of theire apartments who are not very nice. So beware to mention the floor issue if you have kids and lots of things to uplift.

The apartment was big, the pool was nice and there are enough spaces where the childrens can play
The rooms are not very sound isolated.There are no parking, the free parking options is like saying the entire city is free to park, if you found any free space to park.

Ok location, shops, restaurants, close to the beach;
The Internet worked 2 days out of 5, the people staying do not respect any quiet schedule and the most annoying thing is that at 9 o'clock in the morning all the sunbeds are occupied with towels and no one is there. The administration should not allow such a thing.
The bathroom door wouldn't close, the shower cabin doors were broken.

The pool and the bar food.
The manager who could not be approached and walked away and threatened the police. She said she had poor english but could speak fine when her boss arrived. Security gate left open all the time and not working a number of times but she denied it. Cracked tiles had to be pointed out to manager and fixed the next day but should be done in the off season.

Everything, kitchen fully equiped, spacius flat, clean yard and pool.
The extendable sofa in the living room was very unconfortable for sleeping.

Mostly everything but it's worth mentioning the pool (it is great) and it's surrounding areas, all the vegetation around the complex (it is well looked after), all the appliances and utensils in the apartament (flat screen TV, 2 AC units, fridge, stove, oven, microwave oven, hair dryer, iron, mop, broom, washing machine); moreover, the administrator is a nice and helpful lady.
No real deal breakers, just some minor improvements and/ or quick fixes: the balcony door does not have an outside handle or clipper so you can't close it from the outside, the shower cabin could be replaced as it was leaking a bit on one side (it was already fixed previously).

One think I want to suggest you is, if possible, to adapt the terraces with lockers, in case there are families with small children booking your flat, especially the flat being possioned at third floor.

Everything was perfect even more than we could expect. Staff is very kind, Maria manager of the object was so helpful and nice then you can imagine ? I highly recommend this apartments to everyone. You can find everything in room from washing machine, iron, plates and necessary accessories, TV, air conditioning in each room, hair dryer, microwave and stove.
