Previous reviews have pretty much summed it up, a very nice family-run hotel, with clean rooms, very good prices and a parking spot for your car. We had everything we needed, didn't miss anything. I would definitely revisit!

This is the best small hotel I’ve ever stayed in been going to sunny beach for the past
15 years this is the cleanest and the friendliest family run place Staff outstanding Would highly recommended it to anyone EXCELLENT would highly recommend it Looking forward to go back there again ????

Fantastic location - close to 24/7 supermarkets, restaurants and miscellaneous shops. A short walk from sunny beach!
Welcoming and friendly staff. Very helpful.
The location of this property is in a quiet area away from the nightclubs.
The A/C in the room was fantastic and worked perfectly. The fridge in the room worked perfectly too. I would recommend this property which was spacious and perfect for me and my son.
I have nothing bad to say about my stay here and would recommend it.
I can’t fault this property.

location
this property advertises free parking. BEWARE, they do not tell you that half the car park does not belong to them but the local municipality. I parked in the only available space which was on “the wrong side” and my cars was lifted to the compound, it cost 50 BGN to retrieve it. When I complained to the hotel they told me it was my fault for not telling them I was in a car, laughed and told me it is only 50 BGN to get the car back!
There are no signs in the car park to tell you where to park, please be careful.
