Стаята беше добре, храната беше добра, служителите бяха мили, а цените бяха прилични.
Банята беше кошмар. Беше мръсно, нямаше шампоан или душ гел, а би трябвало да има при all inclusive 4-звезден хотел. Таванът имаше мухъл, мазилката падаше, подът на банята беше крив и водата нямаше къде да се оттича.

Very Poor
actually nothing. There were so many bad experiences, that in those light we couldn't enjoy our stay. We've been trying to stay away from the hotel as much as possible.
Worst experience of my life, ever. I really suggest stay away from this hotel.
The food was so bad, we've never eaten in the hotel. We've been in all inclusive, but it was a waste of money. Lesson learned in the hard way. I'm not a picky eater, but I couldn't even find anything that was decent in this hotel. Girlfriend is still sick, but he just tried only once their offerings.
Secondly, we didn't have warm water for two days. We had to shower with cold water. I was totally shocked by the low quality of the hotel.
Lastly, we wanted our two friends to come into our room for 30 minutes till we prepare ourself for going out into the city. The security didn't allow them in. I can accept that this is against their policy, that's why I've politely asked the security guy that our guests will wait for us in the lobby for 30 minutes, till we're preparing in our room. The security was very disrespectful and dropped our friends to the streets. He was arrogant and very unfriendly, without any problem solving or communication skill.
Bonus #1: is the usage of the pool and sunbeds: They're dropping you out at 6pm from the area, which is also unprecedented.
Bonus #2: There is a small restaurant on the side of the hotel, and belongs to the hotel. Their offerings are not included in the all-inclusive. We wanted to give it a shot, but the lady didn't came to pick up our offer yet she noticed our arrival. She was sitting inside and played chatted on her mobile. After the long waiting we simply left the restaurant.
If you want to save yourself the bad experiences, stay away from this hotel.

Great location and very nice hotel considering the price. Staff were great. Drinks very strong. Rooms clean and spacious. we would definitely come back. the weather was really good despite we went off season.
The only problem with the hotel was really poor food which was cold and not very tasty. For us food was not very important so I am reducing only one star. however if you have high expectations you may not be satisfied. Saying that, I would like to admit they were serving amazing pizza in side bar that they were making themselves from.scratch. especially the first week, as in 2 nd week they changed cheese to some artifcial cheese alike product. breakfasts were decent too. English breakfast. fresh egg. hot pancakes. nice

The hotel is near the main strip with lots of shopping and not too far from the beach. Very easy to walk there. Our room was overlooking the pool, clean and spacious, nice balcony. Friendly staff.
The air conditioner made noise, but did not cool the room.
Lunch and dinner was always the same. In the end we went to restaurants.
