Good value for money considering the location. Close to central beach and city main street with all of the bars and stores. The room is kept clean daily by maintenance staff. My request to check in earlier ( at 12 instead of 14:00) was approved. The host was helpful and generally nice and professional. . Internet connection was solid most of the time, which was a big positive.
There were only plastic, single use cups in the room instead of glass. In my room (516), there is a potential slipping hazard in the bathroom caused by water not draining properly after showering. The water accumulates on the tiles in the middle and it does not run towards the drain. It can be solved by leaving a mop in the bathroom.

Perfect location! Super close to the beach, super close to the central part of Sunny Beach, and super close to pretty much everything you would need. And the place and surroundings are super quiet. The staff is super friendly and welcoming! Whatever we needed, they were always ready to deliver.
Not sure, I liked pretty much everything. Maybe at least a kettle can be left in every room prior to arrival, just a recommendation, at least every place nowadays offers this, but we asked for a kettle and it was delivered to our room right away.

Localisation of the hotel is really good
The stuff was very unpleasant and rude. I felt like I rent a room in private house and the owner is just in the corner. Everywhere you can find papers placarded on the walls with fines in case you are too loud, too early or too late, or you use a swimming pool after 18.00 or you bring some sand on your choose from the beach. As i was informed even during the day from 2pm I should try not to use a swimming pool as the owner relaxing at this time. I didn't feel well there, was observed all the time and when heard from receptionist "if you don`t like our rules, pack your stuff and leave" This is not the way how guest should be treated! I decided to cancel my stay and move to another hotel. Never ever again!

Very nice and pleasant accommodation, especially the suite with sea view and balcony.
It is very close to the beach and has nearby shops.
The personnel was very welcoming and made everything possible to provide us with additional stuff that we asked for.
Would clearly come back and highly recommend this aparthotel.
Pillows were too big for me and not quite comfortable

Location was great, near to the beach, near to downtown. Cleaning was every day and stuff had understanding for us (night owls) and didnt pressure us to get out of the rooms early. Room was really big, great bed and really clean and good smelling!
It was hard to find entrance first time and pool could use small upgrade.
