The outside pools were great! The place is beautiful, it has amazing italian restaurant and supermarket in the complex, inexpensive and delicious, beautifully lit during the night as well.
My bed was broken, it had a huge hole beneath the matress, which made the sleep extremely uncomfortable, to the point of me having to fill the gap with clothes, so the matress can be leveled correctly.
The bathroom had a ugly hole inside the wall, i could see the water meter and all the pipes, turns out someone forgot to close it and left the plastic lid on the washing machine.
The pools were VERY cold, to the point of having to come to the kids pool, because it was warm enough to get into.
The jacuzzi facility didn't work for our entire stay, like what do you mean it works only 2 days per week and none of them are during the weekend?!
The steam bath also wasn't operating.
The fitness had holes and uneven places in the floor.
Both the fitness, jacuzzi and steam bath were extremely hard to find EVEN with the map, because most of these facilities had incorrect information on the map. No signs anywhere and had to ask 3 people to get to some of them.
The complex is extemely unintuitive to get around, not a single sign anywhere, took me and my wife 2 hours just to get to the botanical garden, which turns out was closed and had a 50€ entry fine... Very disappointing, why put it on the map as an attraction if you can't even go there.
The air conditioner smells bad when we turn it on.
Some of the little signs that were there and warrnings were in russian only, so I couldn't even understand them...

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.
Every day from around **8:00 a.m. until as late as 5:00 p.m.**, there was an extremely loud, constant noise coming from directly below our room. After I reported the issue to the reception, a technician came to inspect it and confirmed that the noise was caused by the fitness center's filtration system, which was located directly beneath our room.
Unfortunately, despite confirming the source of the problem, the hotel management took **no action whatsoever**. We were left to endure the loud noise for the rest of our stay. It was impossible to relax in the room, and sleeping past 8:00 a.m. was out of the question because the noise woke us up every morning.
What disappointed me most was not only the noise itself, but the complete lack of response from the hotel after the issue had been identified. I expected at least an apology, a room change, or some effort to resolve the situation, but none was offered.
Because of this experience, I will never stay at this hotel again, and I cannot recommend it to others.

Very Good
Good:
• there are many pools that are no more than 1.40 meters deep i guess, perfect for swimming (also a few for kids)
• the resort is modern
• the view is really beautiful
• a lot of vegetation
• it is like a small city, you have everything you need there: supermarket, massage, sauna, nail salon, hair salon, parks for kids, fitness center, pharmacy etc
Bad:
• the location of the resort is pretty bad, far away from the center, from the beach
• the food at the italian restaurant is overpriced, considering quantity - quality - price
• after 5-7 minutes in the shower, the hot water was gone and we had to stay like 1 hour to come back
In conclusion, even if there were some bad things, we would return to the resort, it has a very good atmosphere, it is quiet and clean.

The property, the facilities, the pool, the children's playgrounds, the food (we had breakfast and dinner), absolutely everything was fantastic,there are also restaurants inside the complex, a store.The food was varied; at least dinner was different every evening, breakfast was varied, everything was freshly made. I was really pleasantly surprised when we entered the reserved apartment (it was located with a view of the main pool, and there was even a piano and saxophone concert on two nights). It is a small town full of greenery, with pools for all ages and private access. If you want to go to the beach (although there's not much reason to, given the facilities inside), it takes about a maximum of 15 minutes to walk there at a leisurely pace.I highly recommend it.
I have nothing to complain about, everything was excellent.
P.S:Pay more attention to cleaning the rooms, changing the towels, and make breakfast more varied (even though we liked it and the items were fresh, it was the same every morning)

Wonderful
Loved everything besides the jacuzzi not working and it was getting colder in the evening in late September. It wasn’t loud like some beachfront hotels, it wasn’t a party vibe which I like. More family relax feeling. I like that. No drunk people like in some other hotels.
The jacuzzi wasn’t working. The pool wasn’t heated but there are a lot of pools. It’s hard to do that I guess. The water was a bit cold but we were there in late September so it wasn’t as hot anymore to heat up the pool by the sun. It was a short walk from the Main Street but also that’s why it wasn’t loud which is a good thing.

Great place for kids - we travelled with a 4 year old and 1 year old.
Our room was modern, spacious and overall clean.
The resort itself is spectacular, everything is green and seems like it's properly maintained and well garnished.
The staff did their best to help whenever we needed.
We booked the room with breakfast and dinner and were really regretting that decision.
We ate at the Lotus restaurant: breakfast cost 15 euros and dinner 25 euros and both are not worth the money spent.
Many dishes were not tasty at all: either no taste or too salty. At peak times, a lot of dishes were missing and you are left to wait considerable amount of time for them to be refilled.
Disappointing is to say the least.
We were also surprised to be charged with 5 euro per day for having a crib inside the room, which is usually free of charge, based on our experience from other places we've stayed in.

The whole complex is great. Good facilities, good condition, and well-kept pools and other common areas. The room was comfortable (we booked a room without a kitchen and it was fine). Pools were also all very clean and nice.
Not a fault of the property, but the residents clearly ignore the rule not to save sunbeds by the pool. Even in the morning it can be hard to find two sunbeds together at a pool because everyone has already thrown their towels across them for the day. While they're supposed to be removed after an hour, it's obviously not practical to enforce. But we observed a lot of that behavior, and usually had to go from pool to pool to find two chairs together. If everyone abided by the rule, there would be plenty for everyone.

The resort looks nice from the outside.
Staff does not speak English. The photos from booking are enhanced - basically when we got to the room the bed was partially made up and only one broken chair. We could not communicate with the staff - only few people in the reception spoke some English. No cleaning in the rooms - 2 times in 5 days and very late in the afternoon, so I had to leave the room for them. No cleaning around the pool area (only once during 5 days). AC in the room made a lot of noise (like a farm vehicle). The resort garbage bins were right outside the nearest gate, so when the wind was blowing the building and pool area smelled like garbage. Although the room was described as "luxury" when I paid the money, it is just a basic room. So if you choose to spend your holiday there, take your own cleaning supplies.

The resort itself is very nice
The pools and play areas for kids were great and well maintained.
The location and facilities were enjoyable for families.
When we arrived, our room was not properly prepared. There was no bed for our children — only one bed for the parents.
We didn’t receive any towels.
We asked the reception for help around 7 times, but they kept saying that housekeeping ends at 6 PM and that the issue would be resolved the next day. It never was.
Our room was never cleaned during the entire stay.
We never received fresh towels throughout the 5 days.

On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the pools were well maintained and enjoyable.
Our experience at this place was just average. The food was very basic and lacked flavor, which made the dining experience quite disappointing. Breakfast hours were also inconvenient, it ended at 9 AM, which doesn’t make much sense when you're on vacation and hoping to relax.
We arrived at 3 PM but couldn’t check in because our room wasn’t ready yet. The property is large, but not intuitive at all, there’s very little signage, making it difficult to find your way around.
We also had issues with the internet. A very kind technician came the next day and seemed to fix the problem, but unfortunately, the connection stopped working again the following day and remained down until we left.
Parking was another inconvenience. We were assigned two parking spots, but they were always occupied. After a few days of searching, we ended up using an empty spot just to have a place to park
Overall, there are some good aspects, but several things need improvement to offer a better guest experience.

The breakfast, lots of options to choose. The kids enjoyed the pancakes and drinks. Groceries and restaurants are open till late night so its a life saver since we arrived late, tired and hungry and it was good that we were able to get some snacks and foods upon arrival.

Room was huge with big terrace. There was nothing missing in the room. very comfy beds
no breakfast option, no restaurants opened. We arrived during the night and getting to the room across the whole resort with little kid was a nightmare - no signage really and the security just showed us direction. Nothing critical but would expect more help with finding the room in the middle of the night in such big resort.
