We had a great stay here, the room was clean, towels were changed every day, the food was diverse and delicious. The pool was great too and they also have parking there. They also helped us with a small situation that we had. I would totally recommend!

Distance to the beach
The manager - top man solving an parking issue
1. Breakfast. The same for 4 days on a raw
2. Coffee. Instead of milk they use water ( on first day )
3. Cleaning. Found dust everywhere. Even a battle of water from the previous guest behind the curtain.
4.Windows. Very bad. Old and not closing properly.
5. Pool closing at 6 PM at summertime...who does that.
Got there at 5 PM and refused to provide a towel for one hour.
6. Unfriendly stuff. On booking says they have parking. They have very limited parking places. Luckily the manager solved my issue. He heard my discussion with the unfriendly lady from reception.
7. The bracelet gentlemen. He informed me I have to wear it for the entire stay. I refused. He got mad. People are not dogs. Please learn that.
8. In 2025 you got a card for the door, a card for a towel and a bracelet for breakfast. Why? Room number should be more than enough.
9. Q formed because breakfast was not ready at the time they say will be.
10. Cleaning elevators should happened anytime but at rush hours for checking or out. I had to take the stairs because I waited 10 mins and still not been able to use the elevator. I had a ton of luggage.
11. The hotel should have a solid 3 stars.

Staff were super friendly. Room was clean, spacious and had nice toiletries and great pressure in the shower. Bed was big and comfortable as were the pillows. I had a balcony which was spacious with two seats and a table. Free bottle of water which was nice after a flight.
Air con was either on cold on or hot. Went in early May so wasn’t hot yet. Would have been good to have it be off and just open the door. Seemed a waste to have it on with the door open.

The breakfast was excellent, name some that they didn't have!! Very very good. The blue zone parking in the resort was not operating as we went out of season so parked Infront of the hotel, no charge. We booked a room without balcony and were given a free upgrade, sadly the weather wasn't nice enough to use it. Overall, well done Best Western and your staff.
I thought it was all good, if I had to put over little niggle, and it is really silly. The toilet in the bathroom so very near the ground, almost like made for a child to sit on.

I liked clean room and very nice bathroom.
I booked room for 1 person for 2 days. My friend were going to the airport, he needed to stay somewhere for 2 HOURS. Hotel charged me the full price as my friend would be staying in a hotel for whole night (it was 1PM till 3PM, not night!).
Madam on the reception was not worth speaking and paying for her job.
Very low options of meals.

The hotel is modern and well maintained. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed, a well-equipped bathroom, and a balcony with a nice view. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was great during the cold weather.
Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh options every morning. We also tried the hotel’s restaurant for dinner, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience.
