Exceptional
The staff and the location were excellent. It was easy to park. They let me know that was extra prior to checking very good communication prior to arrival. Beds very comfortable. The view amazing and we found the restaurant to be very very good. Great staff there as well. Will definitely recommend to others and come back.
This is not a dislike, simply an observation. There were stairs and my husband has limited mobility. We had originally booked bottom floor but they had higher availability. They assisted us with luggage and he took his time and did great. It was so worth it with the views.

Beautiful view. Nice complex with a pool in the old town of Sozopol.
Staff were were unfriendly. Restaurant menu was awful. The rooms were tiny.

The location and the view from the infinity pool and restaurant are not to be found anywhere else.
The rooms are a bit small so best suited for travellers who plan to be out and about rather than snuggle up indoors.

Difficult if you have walking problems as there are a lot of steps and no hand rails on some stairs

Beautiful location and views, exceeded my expectations. Room was comfortable and the air con worked really well. Pool area was great, although the plastic loungers would have benefited from some cushions! The hotel reception lady was friendly and helpful.
The balcony was just a touch too small to sit on. Loungers were hard plastic so not comfortable for long periods., some cushions would be great.

Perfect Location, beds were so soft and comfortable. And the air conditioning perfectly functioning. Parking inside.
There was no lift for the luggage and no places to put the towels in the bathroom. A bit minimal.

The room was very clean and comfortable with wonderfull view from swimming pool and from the room. The location is very nice, in old town, close to everything. The parking place is 150 m away from the villa which costs 15 leva/day.
