Excellent place, wonderful view to the garden and the Harmani beach, clean room, huge bed, a very attentive and helpful owners and staff.
Not enough parking places - common problem in Sozopol.

This place is a oasis with beautiful garden right accross the begging of beach. If you are looking for more quite place, large beautiful rooms and a house full or art and history - this is the perfect spot for you! Also very important, the host Nikolay a very warm, welcoming and helpful. Thank you very much! We really enjoyed staying here.

The villa is at less than 10 mins away from the beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The view is great even on the 1st floor

We had a great stay at the hotel for a week. It is super close to the beach and also easy to walk to the old town. The host and is parents are always there and are such nice people. Make sure to also check out the small supermarket (instead of Lidl;))

The room was big with great balkon view to the great garden and sea. There was an AC but I never used it. The bed was really comfortable and had a great nap without any issues. The bathroom was also nice. The host is super, super kind and always ready to make you a coffee anytime! There is also parking slot for your car for free for the whole period of staying which is also great bonus.
Only 2 small things... They may include more helpful stuff in the rooms like: hair dryer (I didn't find to have any, sorry if there was) I accidentally dropped my t-shirt next to the corners of the bed and when I get it it was covered with dust, probably the hygiene lady missed that part to clean with vacuum because she was cleaning the room everyday so I can't complain about it.

The location was quiet and close to a not crowded beach, which we appreciated. The big garden was impressive, as well as the decoration in the reception and room. A room with sea view, with shadow almost all day long, so we used a few the AC. For walking to the center took around 20-25 min.
The host was very nice and offered us coffee in the morning, but it would have been great to have a small breakfast in the garden. Also, a hair dryer would be nice. Even if they didn't speak English, they were very nice, polite and took care of our needs.

Friendly family run business, very helpful extremely comfy, good location
There could have been tea or coffee making facilities in room although coffee was available at reception also limited water to drink and was given the impression that we could get bottled water when ever we wanted but it seem to be limited
