Exceptional
Almost everything perfect at a reasonable price. A good balance between the authenticity of moderate size Guest House and the offered services including the restaurant.
I could not find anything that I did not like. This is a personal opinion. Other visitors may prefer a still better closeness to the sea by a walk but it does not take more than a few minutes.

Booked for a late stay as we were arriving late at night. The owner came to meet us despite it being 03:00. he helped us park (parking was a real challenge!!). The room was basic but well located and I can't say enough about the staff, who despite not having much English really were very helpful.

The view from the balcony is fabulous. We enjoyed sipping our cuppa coffee there while taking in the view of the marina.
The room itself was ok
1. There was leakage from the outlet of commode & every time you flush, some water used to start dripping, making it very disgusting to use the bathroom. Brought the problem to the notice of the staff who tried to resolve it but couldn't do it. The room should have been checked before letting the guests check in.
2. There was neither AC nor a fan in the bedroom. This was pointed out to the staff who provided a portable fan which was not much of a use.

A very basic hotel room, it had all basic facilities for a good price. Flexible check in.
It was a bit of a walking until you get to any of the main locations in Sozopol. Very hard for parking in the area. Quite noisy and hot in the room even with the AC turned on.

The room was big and it had all the needed tools. Nice view to the sea, bathroom was okay.
Very few places to plug chargers!

The welcome is warm. The hotel is well located (halfway between the new and old towns and the two main beaches). A little effort on the dust in the cupboards would be good.
A little effort on the dust in the cupboards would be good. A real downside in the studio I occupied is the WC which has no flow, it was very difficult to flush out simple toilet paper (I'll let you imagine ?)--> definitely need to be changed
