The location is great (just a few minutes away from the beach). The apartment is very comfortable, clean and has almost everything one may need except a coffee maker (otherwise the kitchen is fully equipped). The host was very nice and responded to all question quickly.
To enter the complex everyone needs a card to go through the gates (security guard won't just let you in). This concept is great if you have the right number of cards. The apartment is up to 4 people. We were 3 adults with only 2 cards. If everyone wants to go to the beach at different time or leave the complex for whatever reason then it becomes an issue. In the description of the property it says that the parking is 20lv per day which is misleading. The cost of the parking is 40lv per 24h -- it is 20lv from 8am to 8pm, and then another 20lv from 8pm until 10am. There is some street parking available near by, so this is not a big deal, but if you rely on the hotel parking it's misleading.

The property has great amenities for families and kids, many pools, kids playground, a 2 min walk from the beach, restaurant, shops, etc
Our appartement was not in a good condition, it definitely needs maintenance as it looks old and not renovated. For the price that we paid, I expected something more proper and nice. It wasn’t properly cleaned, there were spiders and spider nets everywhere. The ironing board was burnt and full of huge holes, that made it impossible to use.

Good location, although next to resort’s restaurant and was a bit noisy.
The place was really bad. Wasn’t really clean, the terrace was really dirty. Chairs had lots of dust. Can’t stay with open door, because there isn’t any screen. Bugs were coming inside. There isn’t any view. The apartment inside was with old fashioned furnitures, the bed really uncomfortable. The pillows were old. The bathroom really dirty, with mould. There isn’t any place to put your stuff during showering. You have to put them on the floor. You have to take your own toilet paper and toiletries, because they give you only one roll (and ours was already open) and two bars of soap. The sheets were OK, but from cheap material. Touching them wasn’t very pleasant. They gave us only two gig and two small towels. No towel for the feet or stair ones. For 3 nights, no one came to clean the room or change towels. At the last day, they have deactivated our entrance cards during the night before check out. We couldn’t get into the resort. We had to ask the security to open for us. Also, the pictures from booking didn’t meet the reality! Apparently trey were from another apartment at the complex. THERE IS NO PARKING SPACE! You have to pay 20 lv/day, for the complex parking (if you’ve paid, but go outside and take your car, must pay new 20lv). Is you go during the weekend, they will tell you that there isn’t any space. There are some parking spots nearby the complex - 10lv/ and 10lv/night, but must walk to your car and also go and park early in the morning, because there isn’t much space. The lady took us 100lv security deposit, although it isn’t written anywhere. They didn’t warn us for this deposit!
