Almost everything was excellent! The hotel is beautiful, clean and well-maintained. The food is very nice. The staff is very nice. The live music at night is very nice. The location is great. The beds are comfortable. There is a nice outdoor playground suitable even for kids under 3.
The water in the outdoor pools was very cold in September, the children’s playroom could be better equipped. The parking could be cheaper. Nets can be added to the windows and doors because there are mosquitoes. No animation after Sept 15th. No children’s buffet either.

The location, rooms, pools, garden and restaurant were perfect - new and clean. 50 m from beach, 10 min, walk from the old town.

The only redeeming factor was the animation programs. They were genuinely fun, and it’s probably the only real source of entertainment this place has to offer. However, even that couldn’t salvage the overall experience.
The pool rules were by far the most frustrating aspect of the entire stay. You can’t play with a ball in the pool, except for during the organized water polo games, and you’re not allowed to use inflatable mattresses or rings. The reason? To avoid splashing people. People go to a pool to have fun, and getting splashed is part of the deal. If you’re sitting by the pool, you’re bound to get wet. These ridiculous rules suck the fun out of the whole daytime experience. The parking situation is a nightmare. The hotel’s parking lot is incredibly small, so unless you’re one of the lucky few to snag a spot, you’ll be forced to park in the public lot, which costs an additional 15 BGN per day. As for the food, it was underwhelming at best. Sure, there’s plenty of variety, but the quality and taste are mediocre at most. It’s like they’re trying to make up for the lack of flavor with sheer quantity. If you’re expecting gourmet, or even good food, you’re going to be disappointed.

The hotel is renovated and is now open for visitors. It was closed for 2 years and now is new, clean and well maintained. I really enjoyed my stay there. The food was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities are great for kids and adults, the entertainment team was amazing and they were always there for us. Definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a great place to stay for the summer holidays!

The only positive thing is the location.
The room was dirty, the linens smelled. The breakfast was disgusting, the pool water was also dirty. In return, the free parking space was not available because it ran out. We had vomiting diarrhea for three days from either the pool water or breakfast. It was the worst place in our lives, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The only good thing about the property was the staff at the reception who were quite polite and responsive
The properly was really overpriced for what it was. The floors were dirty and everything was quite outdated. The food at breakfast was of really low quality and one of the things that I found really disturbing was that they had server metal thongs for taking the bread out of an electric toaster and there were kids using those!
