The staff was friendly, the location is very convenient.
Hygiene and investment in renovation is highly required. Bathroom requires cleaning and renovation, channels were partially clocked, dishes, weren’t clean and there was no bed underwear, even though we arrived 3 hours after the check in time - 17:00. It’s very essential to have your room ready after a long travel to be able to take a shower and have a lay down in your bed. Also in 2024 is absolutely necessary to be able to pay via POS and with a card.

Very poor service, the toilet smelled awful all of the time, we couldn’t pay because there was nobody at the reception because there was none. We had to leave early in the morning and since we could only pay cash we needed to return to the hotel at noon to pay because when we called to ask if there will be someone in the morning we were told that there will be, it there weren’t. So very bad customer service. When I entered the main area of the hotel to pay it was actually their living room and they were asleep.. awful experience
