Excellent location two minutes away from the central beach and Old Sozopol, close to shops, restaurants and playgrounds. Clean rooms, quiet street, friendly staff, helpful receptionist.

Location is nice. It's close to city centre and the Old Town. Also there are two beaches nearby.
There is no parking place. The closest one is about 500 meters from the building and it's paid - 6Euro per 24h.

You get exactly what you pay for. Very good upkeep, clean sheets and facilities, extremely comfortable.

Good location. The hotel is close to the old town, which is major attraction. It is also close to the central beach, however the beach is very dirty, so we needed to find alternative places to swim.
There was absolutely no parking in the area; we could not even stop to unload the car. We had to park far away in a paid public parking lot. We had to drag our heavy suitcases 200 feet down the street to the hotel. Then we had to drag them up 6 flight of stairs. Nobody from the hotel offered to help. The room was large, but the furniture was arranged in a strange way. The TV was placed on top of the refrigerator, and was so tiny that was unusable. The beds were uncomfortable. You could tell the owner of the hotel furnished the room on the cheap. The best feature was the balcony, which was large and had a very nice view.

We had a great stay, everything was excellent. The room was super spacious with huge balcony overlooking the beach. location was great and the hosts were super friendly, even gave us the key to the room earlier thank the official check in time. Can only recommend and will definitely go back.
