+ perfect location - near the beach and the center of the city
+ big rooms with Doble beds
+ terrace with a beautiful view
+ kind host
+ stores, bank, clubs nearby
+ the host changed one of our rooms with lower floor for my parents
- many stairs and is was a little bit dark
- the furniture is very old. They are trying to keep clean but it's good to make a repair or better to buy new furniture

If you are on an extreme budget, this is the place for you. Good sized room, kettle, microwave, fridge, small tv, cupboard, balcony with table and chairs, a bit of cutlery and plates, minimarket meters away, halfway between both beaches. Host seemed nice. Partial view of big beach. If you’re lucky enough to get a front room, the view is fabulous. We weren’t lucky.
Host wasn’t there when we arrived, had to wait. Mattress poor. We were on 4th floor, 64 dimly lit narrow steps. If you can afford it, splurge in this gorgeous location.

Location: in the centre of Sozopol, everything is close to the hotel.
Our room was very clean. The owner was very kind, very polite.
A lot of hooks on the walls in the bathroom as well as in the room. It is so convenient and so rare. Usually you don't know where to put your dress and your towel, here that was different.
Good wifi. Conditioner not above the bed. Enough sockets. A kettle.
We didn't hear our neighbours at all.
A nice view from the balcony and even from the small window in the bathroom.
Pets are allowed, it was important for us as we brought our two cats with us.

We got the nice view on the terrace, location wise is very friendly. It's within the centre area, resto, beach, walking distance to old town.
Toilet needs improvement, stinky smell, flooded. Some of the utensils haven't clean, its dusty. They don't come even just to collect the trash, we stayed 5 nights, we need to ask to change our towels. No parking space and its difficult to find one within the area.
