Everything was perfect from the staff to the room and everything in between! The host is one of the best people I've ever met! It is a 5 minute walk from the center and 10 minutes from the old town. I strongly suggest this place if you're going to Sozopol!

The view was lovely.
The house doesn't have any parking spots. There are two paid parkings near the house, unfortunately they were full. The host was rude at first as he was waiting us after midnight for our stay. The price for the room is expensive and the room is not quite lovely, old furniture and small terrace. The music from the disco club was really loud and couldn't sleep at all even with closed windows. The room has only one electrical socket.

The perfect studio for a couple that stays more out that in. Simple, basic studio for a short stay. The view from the balcony was amazing.

At peak season there was nowhere to park. The closest available parking was at the port.

There was no parking place(and in weekend there is no chance to park in tbe city during the season) and you should turn off the electricity when you left the room, which means that the AC is off, too.

Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating staffs. The room was clean and spacious. One of the best views ever ! Panorama looking at the Sozopol port and Old Town from above. It is a one time experience !

Absolutely nothing
The staff and the owner were super rude to us. We stayed there for 4 nights. No one came to clean our room on the second day. Then on the third day we asked about changing the lines and this has happened after a tough conversation with the owner. On the last they have decided to enter the room without proper notice even after they gave us a card, which we need to place in front of the door if we want to get the room cleaned. The ‚air con’ was disgusting and old, inside of it was full of mold, the air which circulated in the room was smelling awful, check the attached photos for your reference. The bathroom tub was covered with gray tape(photos attached). Highly NOT recommended! The warst experience ever!
