Very Good
The host was great, secured us the parking spot as agreed. Rooms are cozy and tidy, everything was clean and as expected.
Overall, great value for money, close to the beach and to the centre of the new part of the city.

This was a nice place for the night. I got a friendly welcome from the owner and I was impressed with the room - big and comfortable, with a balcony. A very good deal for the price!
Some reviews mentioned that the Wi-Fi was not so good, and unfortunately that was my experience too. This was important for me because I need decent internet to work. Apart from that, I cannot complain and I would definitely return!

Excellent value for money, spotless, huge room with couch, table, TV, a spacious balcony with amazing views, quality comfy bed, large bathroom, great shower, bright and so quiet. I live in Istanbul and come to Sozopol to get away every now and then, I'll definitely stay again, you can listen to the silence and look at the sea. Very welcoming owners, thank you

Just perfect. Clean, silent space, comfy bed, warm welcome, morning coffee on bslcony with sea view and sunshine. Loved it!

Super friendly and responsive hosts with great English - let us check in early when we transferred from another hotel and was very easy to extend our stay
Room very clean and large king bed. Fridge, TV and AC though we didn’t use these
Great shower with hot water always
Lent us a beach umbrella for the stay
Great value for the price
Wifi was a little patchy, possibly because we were on the top floor
It’s a short 7-8min walk from the old town/bus stop/beach/main collection of restaurants but honestly not really an issue
