Nice large room. Creeper round the balcony made the room nice and cool, and also helped deaden the sound from the road.

The location was kind of nice, near bikini.
WILD COMMUNIST VACATION HOME ! I GOT EYE INFECTION FROM THE POOL! AT 11 PM THE LIGHTS ARE OFF AND IF YOU EVEN TALK IT IS A HUGE PROBLEM, THE OWNERS COME AND YELL FROM DOWNSTAIRS. HAD A FEELING THEY WERE ALWAYS DRUNK!

I recently had to change hotels unexpectedly and booked this place without much research. It turned out to be a delightful surprise. We stayed in a beautiful and spacious studio decorated in a shabby chic vintage style. It was so comfortable that we could have stayed forever.
The studio was exceptionally clean and featured two balconies with stunning sea views. The one balcony had a coffee table and chairs, and the second one had rack for wet clothes. The main room boasted a very comfortable king-size bed, and the living area included a vintage-style couch, a recliner, a modern flat-screen TV, and other charming accessories.
There was a small kitchen area equipped with a sink, microwave, fridge, dishes, and cutlery. Additionally, there was another open space with two more beds, accommodating up to three additional people. The studio had beautiful dressers and matching furniture throughout. The AC worked excellently, providing a much-needed escape from the outside heat. Even the curtains were beautiful, and the entire studio was decorated in relaxing colors.
The bathroom was new and very clean, featuring a large sink and a rain shower. The hotel also has a small outdoor pool and a drink bar.
Located in the new town of Sozopol, the hotel is about a 15-minute walk to the old town. Although I can’t comment on the nearby beach, as we used the beach in the old town where our friends were, the hotel’s location was satisfactory.
This family-owned hotel had very nice owners. If you’re driving, you might need to park in a public lot and walk to the hotel, as the streets in this area are narrow and parking spots can be scarce.
We were on the 4th floor and there wasn’t elevator.

The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and it was in a great location. Not far from both the new and old town. The manager was very attentive and helpful and showed us the main attractions.

This was a little gem of a place and I've travelled a lot around Europe on a budget. I'm further up the coast in Bulgaria now but I still think about the great time I had there with their private pool decorated lovely with plants and flowers, their perfect room with a sea view and great aircon and their 3 gorgeous cats! The host especially was on hand even at late check in and after I had formally checked out and went for lunch. I would love to bring my family back here. So affordable for top class service.
Maybe need longer curtains to the floor for a nice lie in and if they cooked an omelette for breakfast, i would eat there every morning along with their freshly squeezed juice! ?
