Super clean bedroom and bathroom with balcony, freshly made breakfast each morning, pool & sun loungers, short walk to the beach & old town. Extremely friendly owners - they were wonderful.
I’d like a safe in the room to keep my passport.

A really friendly family hotel atmosphere. The proprietor and the personnel were exceptionally cooperative. The hotel is quiet, located close to both beaches. There is a nice garden with a pool and beautiful greenery. Rich and tasty breakfast.

It is a nice cozy family hotel with excellent location - 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the Old Town.
There is a pool and a playground.
The rooms are clean and spacious.
It's an excellent choice for families with little kids.
We had to pay in cash because the cards were not accepted. We also had to pay 15BGN for a parking spot. It's almost impossible to get free parking at this time of the year unless you book earlier. But parking is difficult everywhere in Sozopol.

The place was spotless! The pool was also transparent and we even saw a bird which swam in it and drank from it! The owner explained that they use ozone to clean the pool and the don't put chlorine in the water. So it's a much more pleasant experience than in regular pools.
And the hospitality of the owner is above and beyond. It felt like you're visiting a relative (from the side of your family that you really like ?). He was warm, friendly and we had a great chat several times during our stay.
He recommended a great place for dinner, too.
We had a parking spot reserved by him as well which is a must have in Sozopol.
Both beaches are with 10 minutes walking distance from there.
We're definitely coming back with our daughter next time since this is a great place for kids, too ?

The staff was really nice (they cleaned the room every day and were very helpful with all our requests), the breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect, the bed was very comfortable as well as the pull out couch.
The only thing was that our parking spot was on a hill and it was a little hard to park.
