The location and that is all!
We were placed on the grand floor next to the reception and all guests pass by our door. In the morning of our first night around 6 a.m. there was intense noise which wake up and the receptionist did not prove a reason for that. The parking was not enough for all guests. All the time we have to move our car, as it was blocking other cars, meaning that you have to constantly wait for a call. The breakfast which was included in the price was insufficient.

The people are very nice and helpful if you need something. The location is good, there is a shop, supermarket and street food nearby. One of my favorite spots in Sozopol

The location was a little further than we expected but it meant we had to walk which is good for us.
The only negative comment is that the receptionist or any other member of staff that we met didn't understand English
The hotel advertised on Booking.com that there was a restaurant in the hotel, which wasn't open during our stay.
