Good
Excellent location opposite a good swimming beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket in the street behind the apartment. Parking is right behind the apartment complex.
There was very little cooking equipment and what there was needed cleaning. There was no jug or cups for tea, no salt or pepper or dishwashing liquid. Some basic cleaning supplies would be good. Bed was ordinary with some holes in the sheets, pillows were lumpy. Lounge/bed was uncomfortable and stained. It was just a little unloved and could be so much better.

Our apartment is on the top floor, with an exciting view to the sea. We woke up with the sun shining through the huge windows. The beach is just a few steps away, and so are all the beach restaurants and magazines. The rooms are clean and in good shape.
The elevator wasn't working, so going up the stairs to the top floor multiple times a day was somewhat exhausting.
