Great location, very close to the beach. The hotel complex is very nice, the pools are great.
The room looked neglected, damp with a faint smell of mold. One of the restaurants was closed due to a booked wedding, which was noisy and continued until the early hours. Unacceptable for a 4-star hotel.

The facilities around the resort are amazing. Everything is well maintained, and the cleaning team does a fantastic job in the rooms! The Italian restaurant is definitely worth a visit and the pizzas from tue other restaurant were also excellent. Unfortunately, the staff might be the downside of this otherwise great place. Please note that there is a difference between the hotel and the apartments! This review reflects our experience during our stay at the hotel!

Nice pools.
Lots of dog poop on the pathways. There were birds living inside the breakfast restaurant and it was bird poop all over the plates at the breakfast buffet. When I asked for clean plates, they just shrugged and wiped off the bird poop.

- the infrastructure is terrible.
- bathrooms look great before you actually start using them. Clogged shower drains, terrible smell. No shower doors or curtains so you get water everywhere, maybe that is intentional and this is what a modern resort bathroom should look like, not 100% sure
- smoking allowed in the restaurant - when you have 80% of the BG population smoking one can imagine the atmosphere at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

It was beautiful! I loved the pool with the swim up bar. The restaurant was delicious. The beach was nice!

The food was excellent.The rooms are large and comfortable, with balkony and seavew.There are also an Italian resturant near the beach.
The lift didn't worked. The room was clean, but didn't cleaned every day.

Great place! We loved it. However, we stayed there at the very beginning of the season (the first week of June). The place was not busy at all. We don't know how the experience during the high season is. But for us, it was amazing. We are coming back for sure. Try the restaurant, the food is delicious and the waitresses are great.

The location is nice, the food was really good and the staff was friendly.
The season just started (1 June) and the place was not even close to being full. This was a plus for us.
No cocktails in the restaurant and the knifes needed some sharpening.
The menu was only in bulgarian but we managed with google translate and with the help of the waiter

The best thing is that it is on the front line and pets are allowed
Tragic service, grumpy and unprofessional staff, and terrible food. And for this - very high prices!

The pools and rooms were nice. Restaurant food was good despite being super slow service.
Staff were not helpful at all. No explanation about facilities or anything. Just threw the card for the apartment at us and that was it. We had to guess how and where to get breakfast. Very slow service in the restaurant. And to top it all - the first night there was some party which was with blasting music up to midnight. When we asked reception when would this stop as it was already passed the working time of the restaurant - they simply answered they don't know. I think this is very poor for a resort where people want to chill away from the city. Also not too important but you have to pay an additional charge for sunbeds and umbrella on the beach of the resort which doesn't make sense when you are spending this amount of money for a room in the resort.

The reception staff were lovey. The cleaning staff were lovely. We went towards end of season so a lot of it was closed. Only one restaurant open on site and spa area was closed. The staff in the restaurant were overall friendly.
You would assume the sun loungers in the beach are included as they are shown on the brochure but some one tried to charge us 40 lev for 4 sun loungers and umbrella
