The apartment was super small, heavy used and worn, all balcony chairs were damaged and impossible to sit on. The kitchen sink was barely dripping. The shower head was horrible. There were ants in the room. The bed sheets were dirty, the pillow case had yellow stains. The towel had makeup residue. The worst part were the pillows, they were so uncomfortable that we all have pain in our necks now. The place is so tiny it was walk and sleep only. For some reason there was a baby crib in the bathroom that was taking the space and had no room to walk around the bed. The staff was nice but the appointment was bad.

That you cannot enter the resort with a car and the car parking that is provided by this company is very far from the apartment is very inconvenient when you are with a little kid and have a lot of luggage.

The apartment wasn't clean chairs on balcony broken. The shower cubicle had a .arge bath plumed in it my husband is 79 and I am 74 very difficult to get in a d out of not to mention dangerous. The oven had a lage notice inside informing us that it no .longer worked. The complex was run down .The only good thing was the po.ite and he.pful staff.

Nothing besides the garden. Full disappointment.
The room was dirty, the floor was filthy, full of dirt, the refrigerator was dirty, full of orange-yellow stains, there were spiders crawling around in the rooms, the soap for the dishes was in a bottle of mineral water. There were dead buds smashed on the white walls, a few things were broken in the room. The bins smelled pretty bad... and besides all that this was 250lv per night... Disgusting! Me and my partner also catch some infection from the pool during the first day, now our feet are on dark brown spots. On top of everything during our 3th night, out car was deleted from the parking system and we couldn’t park our car, so we were sitting outside for 30 mins at 12 am. The staff from the hotel Viva Mare NOT our villa/host was nice enough to put our car back in the system.

The location of the apartment and the whole complex overall.
The internet in the apartment didn't work when we got there, but they fixed it the next day.
The lamp in the apartment also had a broken bulb, but they fixed it the next day.
The chip for the gates didn't work, but they gave us a new one.

The studio was cozy with a great view, centrally located in the complex, and less than 50 meters from the pool, restaurant, and gym. The staff was very helpful with every request.
However, more attention to cleanliness would be appreciated; during my 4-day stay, the studio was not cleaned even once.
