Great location, close to the sea side.
Parking is an extra fee. Duct vent in the bathroom was grinding the housing therefore making super loud noise. The switch on the shower faucet is broken.

Great location close to the beach with a nice pool. We stayed for a short visit (2 nights) and didn’t need much staff assistance, but everything was well set up so we didn’t have to. The internet connection was reliable, the water pressure was excellent.
The only thing I did not like was having to pay for parking . But I understand that's the situation in most of the Bulgarian sea resorts ( which is unfortunate).

I liked that the hotel has a swimming pool and that it's located close to the beach, just a 2–3 minute walk away.
I was extremely disappointed by how dirty our hotel room was and the unpleasant smell that greeted us as soon as we checked in. The bathroom was full of mold, the toilet had been used before we arrived and hadn’t been cleaned, and the wardrobe in the hallway smelled so bad that we were disgusted and couldn’t bring ourselves to unpack our clothes and put them inside. We lost half a day buying disinfectant products and cleaning the bathroom ourselves. It was by far the dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in, and the reason I’m giving it a cleanliness rating of 1 is because there’s no option to give a lower score. Another disappointing aspect was that none of the hotel staff we interacted with spoke or were willing to speak English.

The hotel is close to the beach.
They did not change cheets or towels, when we wanted to speak to the staff it was hard to get a hold of them ad they were nowhere to be found. The bathroom was small and the shower cabin made it feel even smaller.

Just the location was ok. There was a pool, but very strange shape. It was quite clean…
The room doesn’t look nice, small space and not enough for 3 people, the balcony was so tiny and wasn’t covered… it was quite noisy and some small windows… For that price I’ve expected more, honestly

The hotel is located 100 meters from the best beach in Sozopol and very close to restaurants, a supermarket, the shopping area, and not far from the old town. The apartments are well-equipped, have a kitchenette and a balcony, and the pool is well-maintained
The hotel does not have its own parking, but a paid parking lot (15 leva/day) is available right behind the hotel. When we arrived, we were surprised to be told that the reserved room was no longer available, but we received a free upgrade to an apartment. The young woman at the reception did not speak English, but luckily another lady from the staff came, who was very kind, spoke English very well, and provided us with all the necessary information.

Nice room with pool, clean towels provided every day. Good value for money and great location, about 100m from the beach and restaurants. Clean pool and bar available.
You can only pay by cash even though the property lists card options. It can be unpleasant if you don't have enough cash with you. The balcony is shared with other guests so that was a bit loud sometimes.

Lovely full length pool. Exceptionally helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. Handy for beach, town, shops and eating places.
For £66 for three nights I wouldn't dare complain.
