We enjoyed our stay! Breakfast very good for us, many kinds of eggs, veggies, dips, a lot of bakery, fruits, yoghurt. Hotel's dinner & lunch restaurant was also super good, we even were surprised that prices at a hotel's restaurant were okay, I mean not too high! Our room was on floor 6, and we didn't even need to use a heating - it was warm enough. The fact that there's spa with 4 kinds of saunas and can be used half price is awesome!
Sometimes tobacco smell came from somewhere into our room. Probably some other guests smoked and smell distributed... I was a bit surprised that they don't provide a water boiler (tea pot) in the room, although I didn't check the description if they mention it there.

Clean, warm rooms, comfortable sleep, hot shower with good water pressure. Solid basic breakfast. Tasty dinner in the restaurant. Parking was available as promised. Didn’t try the spa, but it looked welcoming and always full of people.
The room facilities description on Booking was misleading (please fix!). There is no kitchenette / microwave oven even in two-bedroom apartments (we asked on the reception and they advised to heat baby food in the restaurant). In general, there won’t be anything extra in the room, but you can always ask the receptionists who are polite and helpful.

The apartment is spacious and in good condition for this price.
The windows don’t have a net so you can’t open them at night if you don’t want mosquitoes. The pool is really deep and it’s not suitable for children plus there are swimmers all day training so it’s not your typical spa.

The hotel is large, clean, well-maintained, located in a park area next to a supermarket, pharmacies, cafes, university, public transport stops, a taxi is literally called from the hotel by pressing one button, room cleaning in the form of changing towels and bed linen was done every day, the breakfast was delicious

It was positioned near our venue, and despite problems for taxi's due to 1 way systems, there were other bars, diners and casino's within walking distance.
Uber was great 7lv for 8 minute drive, but actual taxi's are unreliable and charged 30lv for same journey!!
Couldnt get a kettle for our room to make a cup of tea.
