The apartment is in an excellent location and offers plenty of sleeping space, which was very convenient for our group. The price was excellent considering the location and the service we received.
That said, the apartment would benefit from some improvements. The bedding could be replaced, the overall cleanliness could be improved, and the bathrooms would benefit from renovation.
Overall, we had a good stay, mainly thanks to the excellent location, the generous sleeping capacity, and the very good value for money.
The air conditioning was noisy and did not work properly in some of the rooms.

Wonderful
Location was great as well as the size of the unit. Right by the down town walking area and three bedroom plus large living room and two bathrooms were a plus.
Place could use some updates, you can tell its been a rental for a while. But overall clean so we were happy. Wish ot had parking but they provided near by options for us.

The staff were warm, friendly and very accommodating. Everything about the apart was comfortable especially the bed. The kitchen was perfect for our purposes. The lighting was great as were the amount of plugs provide for all the devices. I highly recommend the Downtown Vitosha Apartments.

Wonderful
The apartment was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room was warm and there was always hot water available. The location is excellent (approximately 2 minutes from the main street and very close to the center.)
Communication with the agent and their support team was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent location and a lovely apartment. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very pleasant, with a well-equipped kitchen.
Although there is no lobby, the coordination for receiving the key worked very smoothly. We also received very useful information about places near the apartment and about Sofia in general.
The hosts were very friendly and available if we had any questions.

Such an amazing stay — absolutely nothing to complain about! Radu is a fantastic Superhost (sorry if I spelled your name wrong :), the apartment has everything you could possibly need, and the location couldn’t be better. Would definitely stay again.

Great apartment, excellent location, check in was seamless. Highly recommended.
Very minor but we had an afternoon flight on Saturday, check out is 11am the office was closed so no where to leave cases.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. We arrived a little early. They allowed us to leave the luggage at the office and called when the room was ready.
The location is perfect. A block from Vitoshka. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants.
W head great experience. I saw comments about the comfort of the beds and pillows- I had no issues. Bedding was just fine.

The service attitude is very good, and the responses are very fast. It’s really great.
The mattress is not very comfortable. I’m not sure if it’s because the plastic cover hasn’t been removed.
