The room is very spacious, was clean and comfortable, and has a bathtub.
Lovely garden and surroundings. Very helpful staff.
Definitely will stay again.
Yes it's basic, but it's a 3 star and it has everything you need.

The owner was kind enough to wait for us in 2 am because of our flight check in was fast. The room was clean with clean towels
The bathroom was clean and big but sadly it had some bad smell from the drenage but if you close the door it doesnt come in the room

Whenever sitting and laying down on the bed, I felt the extrusion of matress spring. It looks Cheapy One

I stayed twice here.
ㅡ1 night in City view Double room + 2 nights in Mountain view Doubleroom (2 days later)
The first night was so disappointing.
I wouldn't stay any more here but didn't cancel the next 2 nights because of Cancelation Penalty.
When I checked in again, I felt the same feeling. Disappointing ?
Next time, I will stay DIFFERENT hotel with this price.

A good view overlooking a part of Sofia. Free parking, though, for the owner, seemed to be difficult to explain.
One of the most peculiar experiences I have had as a traveler was being "greeted" by an old drunk guy who didn't even bother to say hello because he kept speaking on his mobile phone without even looking at us. He was keen that we should pay "cash" and didn't allow us to ask a simple question. The room was small, and the bathroom had a bad smell from the shower curtain, which was never washed. The location is far from the city center. where you can reach by a bus which stops nearby or by taxi. There was a fridge in the hallway for the guests, but it has never been cleaned, probably since it was manufactured (looong time ago).
