Location and staff are great.
The price tag for very outdated rooms with lack of outlets is too high. It's definitely not 4 star hotel like it's claimed, so if the price was lower I would rate it much higher. Other than that no problems, it's more than good enough to have somewhere to sleep for a night or two.

Big room and the guy at the checkout was wonderful
The location is not really ideal. Close to shops but not restaurants and cafe. Kind of far from the boulevard. The hotel is old and needs renewing.
Also, I requested baby crib before arriving and it was approved but when arrived it was not in the room and they told me I can request it later. I called before 11:00 pm and they said “no service at this time” and that they will provide me the crib by tomorrow.

Location wise its fine.
Worst experience ever with breakfast menu and their coffee machine wasn’t working all the days.
Also quality of food was very poor seems they are serving expired food.

Location is perfect near the metro but in a quiet pedestrian street with little noise at night and even during the day.
Can walk in 5 minutes to the metro.
Restaurants and shops on the street.
The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Outdated but clean.
Breakfast is horrible. Little to no choice and poor quality products.
Better going out to the nearby pastry shops or coffee shops.
Definitely not a 4* hotel. Three stars at most.

The staff at the reception was great. The hotel is exactly in the old city centre which is great also because is very quite, no cars allowed on those streets.
The hotel is in fact a 3 stars as facilities and accomodation but I think they received the 4th star only for the location.

We already stay many times at the "Sveta Sofia Hotel" and we love it so much.
Location is great, near subway station and central street "Vitosha".
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are comfortable and clean.
The breakfast is very good, it has everything you need: eggs, fruit and vegetables, cheese yogurt, juice and coffee ..
Great value hotel.
Everything was perfect.

This hotel is located in the city center, near the synagogue. In the vicinity there is a walking zone with many shops, cafes and the Woman Market. During the night, this part of Sofia is very quiet and there is no noise. The level of this hotel is very high, with a helping and friendly staff. On my next travel to Sofia, I will certainly stay again in this hotel.
