Very Good
The location very near to the vitosha blvd. Rooms have a good size with a small sitting area and the balcony with also 2 chairs and a small table is nice. There is everything you need. The bathroom is small but the shower is good with good water pressure. Everyday they arrange the bed and clean. Good breakfast for a 3 star hotel with croissants, mini eclairs, cookies, eggs, 2 kinds of cheese, saussages, salad, yogurt cornflakes, fruits. And a coffee machine (but not the best coffee..)
The bed was not comfortable. Its a simple double bed 140cm large and the mattress is too soft it sinks and it pulls toward the middle. Also when you.move it makes noises. Mattress needs to be replaced. Also no sockets near the bed to recharge the mobile. Needed to disconnect the lamp to use the socket to recharge.

Good positioning, comfortable bed, spacious room, nice view, close paid parking nearby.
Breakfast experience was not so good, with the staff rushing to take away the food before 9 30 like it was in danger of being stolen, very rude and it made us feel not welcomed.
We will definitely not come again and will not recommend.
Not to mention that this was previously signaled by other guest and the management acknowledged that they will talk to the staff, obviously they didn't got the message.

The location is close to the Metrostation NDK2. The room is big, quiet and clean. A big mirror close to the wardrobe and 2-3 colorful pictures would make it much better.
The breakfast was abundant and tasty.
There was a problem with the drainage in shower cabin. I reported it to the reception and it was fixed quickly, but this should be done before I got the keys for the room.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable with 4 pillows. There was a nice balcony too. The staff was so friendly and so helpful. The breakfast buffet had lots of options.

Wonderful
Excellent location, 2 minute walk from vitosha boulevard. The staff was very helpful and kind especially Alexandera at the reception. The parking is near by and the room was clean and spacious
The place have stairs to go down to the restaurant and to the elevator from the lobby, not very comfortable for a trolley. In addition the breakfast was nice but the staff was in a hurry to pick up everything even when people were still eating

I liked my first stay, came back a week after and they put me in a different room that was not ok. Staff is great.
The room was old, dark, no sofa, the shower was clogged and dirty and the duvet cover ripped. Both rooms were studios but completely different from each other.

To get here take the yellow line 4 from the airport and get off at the Serdica stop and change to the blue line number 2 and get off at the National Palace of Culture. This will only cost 80cent.
The staff here were very friendly and helpful and this hotel is only a short walk from Lidl so stocking up on drinks and snacks is definitely an option. It is also near some bars and restaurants but considering its location you will have better options elsewhere for food and drink.
It was cleaned during our stay and if we needed milk for coffee or anything else, help was always delivered with a smile by the staff.
We stayed in room 101 and the only thing I would have an issue with (and this is not at the hotel staff but the management) is that the carpet and mat definitely need an upgrade and their spare pillows in the press were stained and dirty. So much potential otherwise. The bathroom is a little small too and we would be considered healthy and fit.
Wifi worked but sometimes it had its moments but most of the time it was fine.
Their airport shuttle is expensive so we downloaded the Yellow Taxi app and saved a fortune because we needed a transfer for an early morning flight going back to Ireland.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also great and very clean. There was no balcony, which given the temperature this time of the year is okay. The TV was a bit small but it did the job. There might have been breakfast included, I'm not sure but we didn't take advantage of that as we preferred to go to other, more dedicated places in the center.
Overall everything was okay. One thing I found a bit weird is that you could hear people in the other rooms very easily at night, whether they were coming back, leaving or just talking. As I mentioned above a slightly bigger TV would have been great as well.

The pillows are ridiculous. Lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. And they need more pillows per person. Rooms need vacuuming daily not when customers ask for it.

The room was nice. Bathroom medium.
To use the parking one need to get the chip on the reception. To do that, one need to find a parking on the street. since there is no Hotel stop in front. I circled the streets for 40 minutes !!! To then learn that it’s a parking what costs the same then all the other parkings with the difference that you need to book 24h.
