I liked the location and spacious family room
Breakfast was very poor, super poor. Basically included breakfast was the only reason why we took this hotel instead of appartment. But breakfast quality was very disappointing.

The rooms were spacious and clean.
Staff was not very welcoming. The hotel was mostly empty. However, they were unwilling to let me in the room 20 min earlier because check-in is at 2pm. After 13 hrs of travel, i arrived at the hotel at 1:30 pm. I asked if there are no clean rooms and the answer was, the rooms are clean but you have to wait until 2pm. At 2pm the front desk person disappeared, I continued to wait until he decided to show up and give me a key to the room.

Safe, clean, location
No cleaning service till you check out, the fridge was switched off till you keep the keychain in the socket, so when you are out, the fridge is off, no complimentary water bottles, no slippers, noise during weekend due to party occurring at the same time, which is kind of expected.

Big room with good view
At floor -1 they have a small event room and every night was another privet event the music was so loud until 1am and you can’t go to sleepover. We travel with kids that cant rest .
The room was not so clean
No privacy
The breakfast was very poor The staff did not provide food and kitchen utensils, everything had to be requested.

The hotel is away from city like 5km. The staffs were a bit sullen.

Our room was pretty good. Parking is vast and free of charge. 24 hours reception.
Value for money was not great, breakfast was poor and very basic. bad. Not great experience overall.

Disappointing
Breakfast so poor and so basic that I did not want to eat at all. I tired to take one apple when leaving the breakfast room and staff said not allowed and even whilst I was eating it they said I must finish eating before leaving the breakfast dining room, which shows they still operate like old communism. The guy who stopped from taking the apple said he was under strict orders from the hotel owner. I never experienced such a thing where hotel staff prevented you from taking an apple. The bedroom has a concrete step before entering the toilet which is not visible and should not be there as it will cause fall and injury.
