We had to add a second night due to a snow storm and the staff was very accommodating
There was a loud banging on the outside if the building most of the night. We noticed outside our window a cable beating the side of the building

Two minutes from the bus station. Clean, modern and spacious place. Thank you Alex for accommodating me twice... checked out early in the morning, lost my bus, returned to the hotel and I was welcomed for another one hour until I find an alternative transport.
All good. The price relatively higher than expected but balanced with the convenience of the proximity to the station.

Nice hotel next to central train station and metro. Parking just outside, clean, comfy and quiet. Big shower and varied breakfast. Restaurant right next door. Staff really friendly and helpful, they checked the opening hours of some attractions for us.
The bathroom vent was making a loud noise when it was on. The breakfast restaurant seemed a bit crowded at some points.

The hotel is located in a very wonderful location, especially for those arriving by bus or train. Bus stations, subway stations, tram stations, everything is very close. The city center can be reached on foot in 20-30 minutes, enjoying the beautiful views. The hotel is modern, the breakfasts are delicious with a wide selection, there is a TV and, most importantly for me, an electric kettle in the room!
1. Many areas were very dusty, especially those that are not usually used (where the safe, extra pillows, lower shoe racks, etc. are located).
2. I asked for a room with a city view, but they gave me a mansard room.

It's clean, with very friendly and helpful staff. Regarding location, if you need an hotel near the train station this is as near as you can get and there are trams and the metro nearby to visit other parts of the city.
Overall, it's excellent value for what they charge.

Staff were extremely helpful. The lady who runs the breakfast room gets 10 gold stars. She works harder than any person in charge of breakfast rooms that I have seen - and I have seen a great many. The breakfast itself was excellent. The location is convenient to trains and buses.
There was mold growing around the shower enclosure and it leaked. This seems to be a trend but I hate the wall mounted bottles that one must squeeze hard to get soap. I am old with arthritis in my hands so I had a terrible time trying to get a couple drops of soap. I didn’t like the pillows. There were no restaurants nearby. I had to walk 15 minutes in each direction

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Conveniently located 5 minutes walk to the bus station and it’s on the blue metro line. They have a parking lot on the side. Good WiFi. The room was small but all we needed. The staff were very helpful. The manager arranged for breakfast boxes as we had an early morning bus to catch. He also recommended a traditional Bulgarian restaurant about 10 minutes walk which was really nice.
