Spacious and comfortable room with a good view of the church. Nice bathroom. The hotel is in the centre and easy to get around. Friendly staff.
There was a major drainage issue in the shower.

Disappointing
I liked the central location and proximity to the subway.
From the moment we arrived, we had the feeling that we were in a "successful" place. We booked a King Lux room, and they tried to give us a room the size of a dungeon. When we went to reception, they claimed that we had booked a standard room and what we got was an "upgrade". When I insisted, they moved us to a larger room. The troubles didn't end there either. The coffee machine didn't work. There's no wardrobe in the room at all. The hot water arrived after 20 minutes of waiting with the tap open. The hotel isn't cheap. The price, before taxes, is €162. I'll never come back here.

Excellent location, close to the subway and to restaurants and bars. Room was big, clean and with a great shower and comfy bed. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices and very good coffee. Staff were nice and helpful.

The room was wonderful, with a balcony. The breakfast was great.
I like the location near Vitosha, and near all the governments buildings
I didn't like the touchpads in the room; you should put an explanation of all the buttons. I do like there is a dispneser for soap, but you should fill it every day. You should also fill the toilet papaer

Disappointing
Central location, very nice breakfast.
I booked a deluxe suite with city view, and the first room I was assigned, was really nice but very dirty, with hair on the bed, dirt on the floor, and a lot of dust on the phone. The second room was at the second floor and dark, overlooking the ruins and the tram, so quite noisy. When asked for another room, the reception insisted that no other room was available as they were fully booked. When I showed the photos of the dirt and dust in the first room, suddenly rooms became available. I was assigned a big suite, very nice in principle, but totally run down and with a strong smell of perfume everywhere. I was going to stay there, but in the evening the noise of the traffic and tram was very loud so thankfully I managed to get another smaller room which I decided to keep, although I doubt it was the type of room I had paid for, as it was smaller than the first room I was assigned. That room was good and comfortable (so opt for regular deluxe), but in the following two days, housekeeping never showed up. When I asked clarifications at the reception, i was told that rooms are done up until 4pm so I needed patience. The last day at 4.30pm my room was yet to be done, I went to the reception (as the phone in the room did not work) and at about 5pm four housekeeping ladies came together to make up the room...
