Great location in the center and wonderful hosts nearby ready to help with anything. Apt is very big and nicely done everything in great condition
All was perfect just a personal preference the decor is mainly Grey and dark colors so looks a bit dark

it's super modern, really comfortable, really clean and in a great location
I hate that Booking did not make it clear this was a cash booking.I thought I had paid but had actually only paid a deposit. it made it really awkward for one of my party checking-in from a different location. upset host, upset customer and upset booker. this should be made more clearer when booking. Also that we only had one key. I went with my mother and best friend, we did not want to do the same thing all of the time so made us have to do a lot of extra planning.

Room was excellent, nice washing machine. Little store downstairs around the corner
4th floor, lots of stairs up. Location ok. Can walk to sites. Would have liked information on buses, trams.

Outside the apartment was an old scruffy building. 60 steps to our door no lift. Parking was rough through a very narrow gate to a grass and weeds area, if we had a bigger car we would not get in and parking in the street is impossible

Nice apartments, clean and spacious. Hosts were polite and responsive.
There is no elevator, so be prepared to walk 5 floors by stairs, but this is the common issue in Sofia… The entrance to the building and the building in general is old and a little bit creepy.
Be prepared for random power outages and Wi-Fi disconnections.
Funny signs are hung around the apartment, like “Do not open the wardrobe - €200 fine”

The apartment location is very convenient, in a quiet area very close to Sofia center (within 10min walk from Vitosha pedestrian area). The apartment is renovated (the building is quite old), it is fully equipped, spacious and very clean. The parking lot in the backyard of the building is included in the price, however, the entrance is a bit narrow and the terrain is unpaved and quite uneven, so you need to be careful...
The hosts have been really helpful.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an old building, without elevator, so you have to walk through a dim lighted staircase until you reach the apartment. I cannot remember if the absence of elevator is mentioned in the apartment description.
The 2nd room is a little bit small, without a closet.

Very nice, helpful and friendly owners. Apartment is right at the center. You can visit anywhere by walking. Lots of shops, bakeries, restaurants around. It's very clean and quiet. Has a free and safe parking lot. Couldn't ask for more. Definitely will stay again. I can suggest everyone.

Svetlin was really polite and helpfull, really good host. The apartment is new, well thought and comfortable, very conveniently located near down town.
It was quite cold in Sofia these days, so it took a while until the apartment heated enough to be comfortable. Additional heating, especially in bathroom would be helpful.

Nice design, large apartment.
Its on third floor and no elevator. Parking is very small, not easy to get there with jeep. There was horrible smell of bleach or similar cleaning product. Its good to be clean but the smell was making difficult for me to breath.
