Everything except the Parking and House Cleaning
House cleaning they cleaned the App but not entirelly some trash was left following day only one bottle of water and no toilet paper. Parking was bot available so we had to pay for it

Breakfast fine, room was very clean, sleeping bad is my favorite :) clean, comfortable. I don't want to get up.
Internet is on some moments weak, but it is coming back after few seconds. It is strange that hotel doesn't have parking for guests, and it is additional payment.

We made a booking specifically for a room with a king size bed. That was also written on the booking confirmation. However our room had two single beds instead… a bit disappointed really..

from positives, i can count that two ladies at the reception was kind, and heating worked good in the room. I cant think of something else.
i travel to sofia often for work, but this was a last minute arrangement and hotel that i usually stay was fully booked, so I booked here without much thought, but now I regret my decision. - small room and different than whats shown on photos, you have a bed and space to take 2 more steps thats all - no proper desk or space to work with a laptop, which is a necessity in 2025, if you need to work on laptop you have to sit on floor or on bed i think - basic things like water is charged extra. Also, the hotel parking is paid extra, i first time saw that hotel is charging for their guest for parking - ⁠location is outside of city, no shops around, this was not issue for me, but could be important for others - ⁠no sound isolation, you hear everything from next room - too much cigarette smell in the room, first night i couldn't sleep from the disgusting cigarette smell on the pillows and slept without them, which left a big question mark on the hygiene and if bed sheets/covers are changed after each stay. bed wasn't very comfortable either. - ⁠breakfast very weak, only a few varieties - ⁠i dont know if its same in all rooms, but in my room wifi was very weak. Didnt get signal from most part of room, only when you are nearby the window. It was even completely gone sometimes. these are the things that you wouldn't see even in 2-3 stars hotel. I will not stay in this hotel again and doesnt recommend to anybody. You can get something much nicer for this price level (over $100 per day)

There is a parking in the inn yard. The receptionists are well trained and communicate very well in English. The room I had was really big.
The location, the cleaning, the design, and the operating of the hotel. The location: out of the real city, with constructions in progress and building material warehouses around, no view except roofs and walls. The cleaning is suffering by the lack of work or rules and by the cheap materials of finishings (carpets and bathroom stuff). Ah... the rotating door to the backyard (terrace and parking) is ridiculously small, almost impossible to cross with luggage. Operating, as an example: the wiskey from the minibar was a fake (City Shark!) instead of a Jack Daniels, or the cleaning materials stocked on the way to the stairs, just due to the habits of the cleaning team.

Sauna wasn’t work my whole stay, internet in my room work only in hallway but not in living room most of stay (there was working smart tv, but this not solution for work purposes) - it more or less work at first day and I rather use cellular connection then change the room

Rooms and apartments are fine, as usual. This time we had a huge balcony. Location suits us great. Breakfast is ok.
There was an issue with a leaking toilet, which was an inconvenience. All around the hotel there are buildings being biult, so bear in mind potential noise.

The door in a bathroom was broken, the exterior fan in a toilet was terribly noisy and the phone didn't work .
