It is in the city center but no place to park and unload the car
The water from the shawer went all around the floor, the box of paper towels was empty and no toothbrush, toothpaste and shaving tools for these price of the room.

This hotel is so chic, and bonus that it is under Marriott management. The front desk staff was wonderful, and so helpful. I had an amazing room, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the location is great for walking to see the sights, get great meals and enjoy the city.
I just wished I could have slept in later the day I left! Overall the property was fantastic and I highly reccomend for anyone who wants a more luxury experience in Sofia.

Location. Amenities. Service oriented. I mentioned celebrating a bday and anniversary at booking- cake and a bottle of Prosecco with a hand written note from the guest relations manager were waiting in our room upon check-in! (Date of stay: July 7-9, 2025. Thank you so much for the special touches. Great brekky too!
Ohhhh- reception is up front. But you do have to take maybe 5 steps down to get to the lifts. It is not well lighted so not so safe for peeps with vision probs. My hubby doesn’t have vision issues but did miss 1 step and tripped. Hard to bring luggages up/down. Staff very responsive to carry your luggages tho. A ramp on the side will be helpful for luggage and in case of guests that are on wheelchair too.

Amazing Stay .. good big rooms Clean and the location is perfect! The rooftop bar is excellent to chill in the perfect view there 5 stars hotel as a 5 star hotel really should be!

Location is great! Nice and clean swimming pool
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Several things in the room weren’t working, including the phone and the air conditioning. While showering, the bathroom floor flooded, which was frustrating. I had a connecting room — initially not a problem — but once guests arrived next door, it became very noisy. I woke up multiple times during the night. I reported these issues to the staff, who promised to follow up and offered to change my room if necessary. However, despite multiple complaints, nothing was resolved, and no room change was made. Perhaps we were too polite in our approach? Additionally, at the rooftop bar, people were smoking indoors throughout the evening, which made the environment quite unpleasant.

Good location. Very clean. Good spa and pool: I was alone - it was amazing!!!
I lived on 7 floor. It was terrible. Very very noisy. Restoran work to 1-3 am, you can't to sleep. Breakfast is very poor, no choice of dishes. Staff in restoran not frendly. There are steps in the hall. Difficult with heavy luggage. Сoncierge not help.

Had a great stay at the Sense Hotel. Such a nice ambiance and the rooms are well appointed and I had a lovely view. Very good rooftop bar. Couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Excellent room, excellent breakfast, excellent food! The Bar has fantastic views. The spa was really good!
Perhaps the staff in the restaurant were a little inexperienced - for instance bringing the main course before the first course was finished.
