the room was spacious with a great view, it was very centrally located in the heart of sofia and the spa was amazing, no extra charge for use. the rooftop has a great view
the fold out bed for the third person was not comfortable. there were fingerprints on the windows, the toilet button is not designed very well

Outstanding the best view of the cathedral from their roof bar and from higher floor rooms. The spa is a lovely feature, breakfast is good, but not as good as Hyatt Regency’s. What’s amazing are the two restaurants Asian and Mediterranean in house, absolutely great!

Location and view were superb. The design of the hotel was beautiful. When we were there on the weekend, the street was blocked off to traffic, so it was very quiet. Drop off was only a few steps away. Can easily walk to the pedestrian zone with shops and eateries.

The property is in a very convenient location, opposite the Aleksander Nevsky Cathedral, within ten minutes of most sites, close to the metro (a very quick airport link) and near to the pick up point for day trips out of Sofia. It is very modern, stylish and beautifully designed. Our room was really striking, with a whole wall of floor to ceiling windows overlooking the cathedral. It also had a luxurious bathroom with great products. The roof terrace was a fun place to watch the sun go down while enjoying a range of cocktails. The spa was lovely - peaceful and again, beautifully designed (the pools are all brushed steel). We didn’t choose the breakfast option so can’t comment on that. The staff were very friendly and welcoming too. Overall a very comfortable, sophisticated hotel and amazing value for money.

It is in the city center but no place to park and unload the car
The water from the shawer went all around the floor, the box of paper towels was empty and no toothbrush, toothpaste and shaving tools for these price of the room.

This hotel is so chic, and bonus that it is under Marriott management. The front desk staff was wonderful, and so helpful. I had an amazing room, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the location is great for walking to see the sights, get great meals and enjoy the city.
I just wished I could have slept in later the day I left! Overall the property was fantastic and I highly reccomend for anyone who wants a more luxury experience in Sofia.

Location. Amenities. Service oriented. I mentioned celebrating a bday and anniversary at booking- cake and a bottle of Prosecco with a hand written note from the guest relations manager were waiting in our room upon check-in! (Date of stay: July 7-9, 2025. Thank you so much for the special touches. Great brekky too!
Ohhhh- reception is up front. But you do have to take maybe 5 steps down to get to the lifts. It is not well lighted so not so safe for peeps with vision probs. My hubby doesn’t have vision issues but did miss 1 step and tripped. Hard to bring luggages up/down. Staff very responsive to carry your luggages tho. A ramp on the side will be helpful for luggage and in case of guests that are on wheelchair too.

Amazing Stay .. good big rooms Clean and the location is perfect! The rooftop bar is excellent to chill in the perfect view there 5 stars hotel as a 5 star hotel really should be!
