The full experience was very good , all staff helpfully no language barrier.
Loved the services you has as hairdresser the message's parlour I definitely recommend them ,hamam was genuinely done . Everything there is on brochure you get
I would have liked that the pool maintenance be done later on as we came in August only had 2 day to use facility

Spa, which appeared to have been recently renovated was the highlight.
Breakfast had a decent selection.
The hotel staff were helpful with opening doors on Shabbat, and are used to receiving and accommodating Jewish guests with Shabbat needs.
Location is good close to the bus station and a 5-minute walk from the Metro and 20-minute walk from the centre of Sofia.
My bedroom and bathroom were quite dated.
WiFi signal was very poor and cut-out a lot and could hardly handle video calls - to be fair I was using the free version and my bedroom was at the end of the hall.

Location right to the bus and train stations. Good variety at breakfast. I had a problem with the reservation, which was suddenly doubled up, but we solved it, and the second one was canceled - very helpful staff at the front desk.
Looks a bit worn off and unmaintained. Definitely needs some light renovating. We missed a second pair of towels, but that was quickly solved (although in a double room this shouldn't be a problem). The toilet was a bit broken and water was coming out. I think the drain in the bathtub was clogged. Could use some extra pillows and better beds.

Location and the rate
The doors of the guest rooms are extremely noisy when being opened or closed. Every time a guest entered or left a nearby room, the sound of the door closing was very loud and could be clearly heard inside my room. This was particularly disturbing at night and early in the morning, as it frequently interrupted the quiet and affected the quality of my sleep.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! It is clear that the staff are well‑trained and genuinely happy to help. We were late in booking a tour, but the Director was extremely helpful.. he even offered his private driver to drop us off at the meeting point.
The bellboy was very helpful as well. Mariana, the lady who works at the public relations desk, was unfortunately sick and couldn’t make it to work. Even so, I was able to speak with her over the phone, and she truly saved our day in Sofia! She was so helpful, passionate about her work, and absolutely wonderful. I appreciate the effort she put in for us.
Amazing hotel! Nothing negative to say.
The internet did not work in room 610, but after I mentioned it to the front desk, they immediately changed our room without hesitation.

Very good 4 star hotel in the neighbourhood of to the main railway and bus station. Clean, comfortable room, bathroom. Well equipped wellness and fitness facilities, excellent breakfast. Good value for money.

it was unclean old rooms carpet bed , they dont say that parking in front of hotel is forbiden , they took my car , then they sent you in basement to park car to pay 15 euro per day ,what is nowhere explain , they dont say that just 2 meters up is alowed free parking ,very bad never come back
