Lots of little things didn’t work. For instance, our telephone in the room was not connected so we had to call from our cell phone when we needed something. We told them about it and they didn’t get around fixing it while we were here for six days next every time they clean the room, they forgot to leave something. It could be toilet paper or shampoo or enough towels. Doors to the Terrace didn’t open right away.
Sorry, got this mixed up about like and not like. What was really good was there was a small nice grocery store within 50 feet of the front door so we could buy sodas and sandwiches and that was nice.

The hotel staff was very helpful, and also the breakfast was very good.
Despite the room being really very good, the mattress and pillows were of the worst quality.

The bed was comfortable, the staff helpful, the pool was good.
Just a little disappointed that I couldn’t get a massage, nor use the sauna for free. I also didn’t catch why I had to pay an additional amount ( local tax) when I checked in.

Very Good
Having my own kitchenette and a couch was great. Also the fitness centre was quite small but very well equipped. Staff was nice and helpful.
The restaurant staff in the evenings had issues with English and would not acknowledge you even if you were waving at them from and rather avert their look into the ground.

Nice apart hotel to stay for a few days. We have asked for a room on the lower floor and we got it. Free parking is next to the hotel, with a lot of space. Pool was nice with warm water, excellent for children.

Disappointing
The breakfast was good and the room was quite large.
The price was not justified. We didn't like the fact that the access to spa was not included. Furthermore, the only service available for the initial price, namely the pool, came with a catch: in order to be permited to enter you had to use a swimming helmet, which was kindly provided by the staff, but for a price insted of being offered for free. Additionally, there was no showering gel or foam in the bathroom. Also, the location was not very central.

Disappointing
The room had a very unpleasant smell of artificial air freshener. Apparently, it was blown in through the central ventilation system. It was unpleasant. It seems to be quite normal today for many hotels to do this. Please stop this.

When I entered the room, I realized that the toilet has not been cleaned up by the ladies, so it was dirty by the previous guest!
When I mentioned this to two (2) receptionists (day-shift and day-shift), they have just moved their heads, without even apologizing!
