Nice big room with a good view. A good location and free parking. Very good breakfast and VERY GOOD Coffee. A very big mall in the corner and walking distance from Mc Donalds.
We had booked an EXECUTIVE room - but that was not available for us - they offered 2 rooms at first as a substitute but I insisted on my choice. Within 30 minutes they solved the issue and gave me a complimentary breakfast for my family. Good customer service

The location is very close to the airport and business center — right next to the Mall, offers a lot of food options. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is quite good with a nice variety. Overall, a great stay and good value for money.

Modern hotel with well-designed rooms, delicious and well-catered breakfast, and free filtered water station on each floor. Easy to get to old city on public transit with Google Maps and contactless credit card. We enjoyed our stay here.

Close to airport and a mall that includes a supermarket. Staff was extremely attentive and helpful.
A taxi is needed to get to Sofia sights.

Quite isolated in terms of location for tourists. Probably well located for business travel due to proximity to airport, close to a major shopping mall etc. but a long walk to main part of town

The room was smelling nice and it was very big. There was a desk for comfortable working. The internet connection was fast compared with the other hotels.
There was some hair on the floor. The floor was clean but other people's hair disgust me, so maybe it would be good idea to see with a second set of eye.

Very large room, with large bathroom, comfy bed, coffee in the room, close to shops and restaurants, not very far from the airport and the city centre.
The only downside is than they say they have arranged transport for the airport, but basically it is not running often, so they can just call a taxi.
