The location is great. Walking distance to the central attractions.
The bathroom is a bit small. But we managed.

Great location. The room was very spacious and spotless. They had access to a good car park nearby which was safe and easy to access.
I couldn't work the air conditioner/ heater at night and there was no one to ask for help.

Staff was excellent! For some reason the dates that got booked were a couple days ahead of schedule and they accommodated me unlike a couple of other hotels that were inflexible. They helped me learn about public transportation and history. Would definitely recommend

Our stay at The Generaator Sofia was good! The location is great, with Lidl right across the street, a metro station less than a minute walk and the tram right by the entrance. It is located in an immigrant area though. Walkable distance to the center of Sofia. The room was incredibly spacious, felt like a small apartment.
The cleaners came every 3-4 days during our 9 day stay and only came to replace towels and bedsheets, so the room wasn't very clean. The beds were very small, smaller than the standard twin bed so we didn't get a very good night sleep. At first we also got blankets that barely covered us so that was uncomfortable but later they were changed by the staff to better blankets.

It is small and enough place for accommodation. Wifi and AC were nice. And the staff is helpful. We easily came to hotel and checked out from hotel.

Close to downtown. The stuff helped me to park the car in a safe location.
The floor of the apartment was from wood which i don't know how clean it was.

Very close to metro—100 yards away.
Reception staff available from 10 am though check in time at 14.00 but we were able to leave our luggage there.
Convenience store right in front.
A weird design in bathroom as shower drenches everything sitting on the sink and also wets all on toilet seat and floor so you can’t get in without wetting your feet/clothes even after shower.
