The location , the nice employees! The hotel has different vibe than the other hotels around !
First our room was on a construction site , we were missing a few items in the rooms sunk a regenerator ! It was really hot in the room we had open the window we could lower the temperature ! Also the shuttle service has gotten kind of ridiculous ! Just include it in the room price don’t tell me you gonna charge me 20 euros - ~40leva for a trip to the airport for two people I’ve always tipped the drivers when I was using the shuttle not I won’t use it at all since the taxi is 10 times cheaper ! The taxi charges 10-12leva or abt 8-9 euros !!! Just include it in the room cost and don’t give me the bitter taste !but I guess it’s a Bulgarian thing they do the same with the to go boxes they charge you for to go box which should be include so you don’t have be told that it’s kind of a special request that costs you extra !

When I travel to Bulgaria (3-4 times a year), this is always my hotel of choice. The location is ideal for easy access to the airport, made even more convenient by the complimentary airport shuttle service.
As a Radisson Awards member, I truly appreciate the recognition at reception, regular upgrades, and the sweet treat waiting in my room each time.
This visit, I was also pleasantly surprised by the newly renovated room - it looked much brighter and cosier than before. Well done to the team for raising the standard!

Parking Issue
There was no available parking space due to an event. The receptionist suggested I park my car anywhere and assured me they would move it after the event ended. However, as I was parking near the main entrance, her colleague approached me and started complaining about why I was parking there. I was then told to move my car because, supposedly, I was “taking up too much space.” In reality, the spot was large enough, but it seemed it was designated for only two cars.
Bathroom Essentials
The bathroom lacked basic amenities. The only item provided was a bath cap—no cotton pads or other essentials you’d typically expect to find.
Cold Parquet Floor
The room had a parquet floor, which was cold to walk on, but there were no flip-flops provided. When I checked in, I noticed other guests coming to the reception to request them. It seems you have to specifically ask for flip-flops, which isn’t ideal.
No Complimentary Water
There was no water provided in the room. Instead, there were empty bottles and a note instructing me to go to the hallway to fill them up. For €178 per night, I find this completely ridiculous.
No Bathrobe
No bathrobe was provided.
No Night Lights in the Bathroom
There were no night lights in the bathroom. You either have to turn on the main light or stumble around in the dark during the night.

Breakfast was ok and the stuff very nice and helpfull.
The room was absolutely freezing. Even though it snowed a day before our arival, the hotel didn't preheated our room because, as they said, the heating system depends on the public heating system, which wan't turned on because it was to early.
I went to the reception and said to the receptionist that the room is so cold that I can't even undress my baby to change her. He responded that the heat doesn't work and some other rooms are even colder. They gave us an electric heater sooo very old and so noisy that it scared the baby! ?
The fridge in our room also didn't work, and they replaced it with another one.
The room looks WAY better in the photos than in reality. Our stay didn't worth 100+ euros. It's a nice hotel with wonderful stuff, but definetely not 100+ euros nice. If you choose this hotel, expect 3 star facilities.

Clean
I travel frequently for business, and I booked this hotel for a weekend work trip. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel over others was the sauna. A 30-minute sauna session is part of my routine to relieve stress, and I was really looking forward to it.
However, I was surprised to find out that the sauna was closed during the weekend. The hotel informed me that it’s only open on weekdays, which was very disappointing and not clearly mentioned during the booking process.
If you’re considering this hotel for its wellness facilities, make sure to check the availability in advance. Otherwise, the stay was fine, but the lack of access to the sauna affected my overall experience.
