The location is ok if you are going to a show in the cultural palace.
Old hotel, smells funny and not very clean.
Unlike their oublication, they do not have parking available on site.

Overall, the hotel is nicely decorated and has potential, but the service level does not match what is presented on Booking.com. My expectations were shaped by the listing, and unfortunately they were not met.
I booked a large room (around 30 m²) with a sofa, but upon arrival I was given a much smaller room, no more than 20 m², with only a bed. The hotel appeared almost empty, yet I was told that the larger rooms were occupied, which did not match the situation on site.
Another issue was the service. Breakfast was not provided, although I distinctly remember booking a rate that included it. This was neither clarified nor compensated.
In addition, there was a visible water leakage near the heater by the window. I reported it, but the issue was ignored and not addressed during my stay.

Very stylish, especially the bar area. Perfect location, close to everything (metro, shopping mall), but also in a quiet neighbourhood. Thumbs up!
The bar was not staffed most of the time. There is a restaurant right near the hotel, it was closed for renovation, but I imagine that the hotel may become more noisy when it opens.

It was the second time we have stayed at the hotel, and if it absolutely first rate; wonderful staff, great rooms, easy access to the Metro, and just across the street from a good shopping centre. All in all, it is a perfect stop...

Central location. The room was big enough, with sofa, balcony, comfortable bed.
The bar downstairs could be open more early. It opens at 8:30 which is not early enough for people who wake up early and want to take coffee.

I picked this hotel because it is on the same road on which I grew up on. I wanted to show my partner my old neighbourhood and of course, being so central the location was fantastic along with the price for our stay. The hotel staff were incredible. We met maybe, 4 - 6 different people who worked throughout our stay, they were very helpful and accomodating in all our needs or questions. I absolutely loved the size of the room, the facilities and the amenities such as toiletries, slippers and bathrobes. I have nothing wrong to say about the staff, the room or the hotel itself. I would and will stay here again and recommend it for anyone who wants to stay in Sofia.
