Waitress Olga down in the restaurant was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable.
Rooms have to be soundproofing. I was listening to my neighbors talking till 2 a.m., then I was forced to nock to the wall, and they stopped.

I booked this hotel hoping to relax before a 20-hour flight — instead, I got a front-row seat to a children’s swim class. The spa doubles as a daycare, the towels have seen better days (and better washing machines), and the manager was apparently off for the day. The representative at reception just shrugged and said they were very sorry, but nothing they could do. I checked in looking for calm and checked out needing another vacation. On the bright side, I did get to practice deep breathing — mostly to cope with the noise.

Friendly and helpful welcome. Front desk helped with taxi booking to ensure timely arrival at airport next morning and provided all info needed in English. Restaurant staff were friendly and attentive with speedy food delivery. Room spacious and comfy

While claming that the pool and spa are quiet zones to relax, they proceeded to organize children swimming lessons for over 2 hours which were loud and disruptive and ruined my use for the facilities

We had black mold in the room. Requesting to change was answered with can you stay the night as we are fully booked. Only after telling them ok if they clean were we upgraded. Black mold is not something to mess with

The hotel was really nice overall. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The spa facilities were great, and we especially enjoyed the steam room and the swimming pool. The restaurant within the hotel was very convenient to have, and their terrace is beautiful and the food was excellent. The staff, for the most part, was very friendly.
The housekeeping was a bit sloppy. Only on the day before our departure was the room cleaned properly, otherwise it was done in a rush. I think they might have a staff shortage for housekeeping.
Another thing I found strange was that we sat for a glass of wine on their terrace two nights in a row. First night we were charged 8 Lev for a glass of wine, the other night we were charged 8 Euros for a glass of wine. I mentioned this when paying and they said that "recently" their prices changed, and I asked if they changed overnight and they said "yes". In any case, I assume this was a mistake somewhere, but then just say it was a mistake instead of inventing a supposed overnight price change.
Another thing that would be nice to have, especially in a 5 star hotel, is a mini bar, which our room did not have.
