The hotel is close to the airport and very convenient if you happen to arrive late/leave early from Sofia. It offers a parking and a shuttle to the terminal. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but clean and well kept. There is a restaurant where you can grab a quick dinner if you don't feel like going downtown. The breakfast is also good.
The parking lot was a bit crammed.

Location is ideal for early morning flights. Shuttle driver and check-in staff were extremely kind and helpful. Room was pristine and comfortable. Did not stay for long - was only in the room for about six hours, but glad I could shower and sleep a little prior to a long journey home.

Good location and polite staff, decent restaurant too though nothing special for such high prices
Mattres and pillows inside the room were hard and rubbery making it impossible for both me and my mom to sleep, there was a lot of door slamming in the corridor at night which made us jump in our sleep...

Amazing staff and facilities!! We arrived at about 11 pm and they stayed especially for us to have a proper dinner!! It was so delicious ? my son loved the meal and the hotel! So nice and cosy! The staff was great ?? and the airport shuttle service as well!!! Excellent!! Will be back for sure!

Perfect stay for early flights. Clean and comfortable rooms. Free shuttle to the airport.
There was nothing to eat at the restaurant for vegans or vegetarians.

Very convenient to the airport and the shuttle is included. Nice there is a decent on site restaurant. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.
Mold in the shower. Towels are very worn. Pillows are hard as a rock. Front desk person was not too friendly at check in.

I like the place , close to the airport. Breakfast was excellent!
Staff was ok !
1.Was not enough TV Channels , only free of charge, what was not good for my mother, she waned to watch her serials, but was not possible because was not even BTV!!!
2.She( my mother ) fall down from bed and hurt because the matras was not good fixed and it moved all the time with the body!
3. If you try to take the blanchett and cover yourself all shifts was out and you must make it again, what is very stupid way to prepare the bed , generally looks good but is not useful!

The staff was very nice and the rooms were very clean. Dining options was good. Perfect place to stay when you have a few hours before your next flight.
Airport shuttle when I landed - driver was outside and right when we got to him he said I'll be back and drove away with no explanation (we called and we said we were two people but it also didn't seem like there were people in the van...). However, the shuttle when I had to leave was great since they checked in with me when I didn't come at the time I requested the shuttle for.
