Very Poor
I liked only the proximity to the airport and the easy free of charge shuttle. All the rest is really bad.
The receptionist was really rude. It was the worst reception i ever experienced. I made the online check-in as the hotel recommended. They said if you make an online check-in when you arrive you just pickup the key. We arrived around 3 pm which is the checkin time but there was a whole group waiting in the lobby. The receptionist in the name of Todo said that there has been a flight cancellation and he is very busy with it so he cannot hand us the keys he needs our passports to make a copy and register so we need to wait until he finishes with the whole group. He was completly useless and panicked. it took him ages. He was really annoyed and worked very slow. i think such a person should not work at a reception of an hotel. We had to wait over an hour in order to receive our key. It took him only 2 minutes so he shouldn't have made us checked in after the whole group. One needs a minimum of common sense.
Also when we came down at 19.40 to eat dinner at the restaurant they said we will have to wait at least 1 hour up to 1.5 hours. The man in charge of the restaurant was not nicer. Eventually there was a nice young guy there which took pity on us and help us order a pizza online.
Also the bed in the double room is small and there was only one thin sheet to cover us which was not enough. There was no spare sheets in the cupboard. We did not sleep well. All the other hotels we slept in had 2 cover sheets one for each. The packed breakfast for early flight consists of one sandwich turkey slice with cheese and an apple. Cannit be changed

Very Good
The hotel is in close proximity to the airport, I stayed for one night in between flights. The room was clean, the shuttle bus was very convenient. The only issues was that I had to wait a little longer for the shuttle bus on arrival.

Room poorly equipped.
Room clearly not prepared for arrival ,fridge full of food from previous occupant,kettle but no cups or glasses ,shower wash bottles empty and generally not cleaned.

I appreciated that it took no time to check in and that a breakfast was provided in a bag as I departed at 4a.m.
Well as an 'ugly American' I wasn't accustomed to the card holder which keeps the lights on so I went all the way back down thinking something was wrong with my room, so they could have mentioned this.

The hotel’s location is excellent, especially for travelers with early morning or late-night flights. The free 24/7 shuttle service to and from the airport is very convenient and makes the stay much easier. Overall, it is a practical and comfortable choice for anyone who needs to stay close to the airport.
The only thing that could be improved is the bed, which could be more comfortable. Other than that, it is a great option for an overnight stay before or after a flight.

I guess, it served the purpose; I was there just to be close to the airport and make sure I caught my very early flight. No major drawbacks; maybe a bit too expensive, compared with previous years.

The room was clean, the staff were nice, the location was perfect. We had early flight and we used the free transfer from the hotel to the airport at 5 o'clock in the morning. And since we were about to miss the breakfast in the hotel they packed it and gave it to us in the morning. Thank you for that
