I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is perfectly located, close to everything and only a few minutes walking distance from Vitosha Blvd.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Def recommended!

Good hotel, worth for the money, great location in the center and close to pedestrian area on Vitosha street, good breakfast, good staff, even we were happy to find free space of public parking in front of the hotel with free Sunday parking but we get penalty 15 EUR in the Monday Morning at 09.00h
Parking problem, you must get up early in the morning to make payment for parking or get penalty 15 EUR + hourly payment

I loved the made to order breakfast eggs and choice of quality breads for breakfast each morning. Svetan, at the front desk was charming. Our one bedroom suite was spacious and the bed was really comfortable.
The coffee served at breakfast. Otherwise, nothing comes to mind.

I have been in Bulgaria many times, and when I look for a Hotel, Nicky Hotel is one of the first Hotels I look upon. Nice hotel, easily reached by Metro, central area.
The area is not scentic, it is in a street, so do not expect any window views.

The location can’t be beat, very close to Vitosha Boulevard and main attractions. The attached restaurant is great. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast options were not huge however everything was very delicious.
Our room was one of the un-renovated ones, so the pictures were a bit misleading, but the room was still very comfortable and excellent. When we arrived there were bloodstains on the bed linens, but the staff member apologized and provided us clean ones immediately. Nothing else to complain about, great hotel!

Hotel Niky is a delightful place at the heart of Sofia. Major tourist spots in the city are a short walk away. The hotel staff is extremely courteous, helpful, and prompt with their replies and guidance. Breakfast is good and includes a variety of options. Overall, a very pleasant, comfortable stay and a great option while in Sofia!

Nice hotel in walking distance to the main pedestrian street, restaurants and a metro station. Good WiFi. The room was comfortable, and there is a Greek restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was good with eggs, fruit, cereal, toast, cheeses.
The AC unit in my room was very noisy. The room had a small balcony but there was no outdoor furniture.

The best part of the hotel is its location and its staff. Dimitrof and the other black hair Bulgarian lady were amazing, kind, friendly, very helpful and very efficient. All the members of the staff were together to better serve its customers. The Ac in the room and living room worked perfectly. There was a fridge and enough storage to accommodate everything. The shower had plenty of hot water.The location of the hotel is extraordinary, just three blocks from the wonderful, lively and chic Vitosha Boulevard. Sofia is a hidden gem with very interesting and historical attractions, all of them, within walkable distances from the hotel. I had a marvelous time in Bulgaria and the hotel greatly contributed to my happy stay.
Breakfast could have more vegetarian choices.
