The location is great. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is adequate, varied enough, and freshly made.
The mattress on the bed is too firm. As a person who sleeps on his side, I had pains in both shoulders because the bed was too hard. Also the pillows are not that comfortable. I would suggest memory foam pillows.
Also for safety, the hotel should install a grab bar in the shower.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at Niky Hotel. The excellent location, comfortable room, good breakfast, and the takeaway breakfast prepared for my 4:30 AM airport departure made my experience especially memorable. The staff also arranged a taxi for me, making my early-morning trip to the airport smooth and stress-free. I also greatly appreciated that the hotel accommodated my late check-in. Thank you to the chef, the front desk staff, and everyone at the hotel for their excellent service and hospitality.
There was nothing significant that I disliked about my stay. The room was comfortable, the location was excellent, and the service was consistently friendly and professional.

The location is excellent. Just steps from the shops and cafes on Vitosha Boulevard. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good.

The size of the room is correct

Kind and helpful staff, always with a smile. Okay breakfast. Our room was probably the biggest on the floor. It was very spacious, nice clean bathroom with hot water. All you need in my opinion

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is perfectly located, close to everything and only a few minutes walking distance from Vitosha Blvd.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Def recommended!

Good hotel, worth for the money, great location in the center and close to pedestrian area on Vitosha street, good breakfast, good staff, even we were happy to find free space of public parking in front of the hotel with free Sunday parking but we get penalty 15 EUR in the Monday Morning at 09.00h
Parking problem, you must get up early in the morning to make payment for parking or get penalty 15 EUR + hourly payment

Wonderful
I loved the made to order breakfast eggs and choice of quality breads for breakfast each morning. Svetan, at the front desk was charming. Our one bedroom suite was spacious and the bed was really comfortable.
The coffee served at breakfast. Otherwise, nothing comes to mind.
