Great hotel; amazing cigar room.
The car park staff are very rude and cheeky. They charged us extra for 1 hour even though we were hotel guests. When we stated this, he became very hostile and did not refund. Hotel couldnt do anything either and we had to pay an extra 15 euros for no reason.

The Hotel is well decorated, a lot of food options, The Gym is in very good condition. and we have been upgreated.
The rooms mustbe better maintained. It's look like a lot of maintenance is missing. Smoking in the Lubby is very bad. one day they didn't fix the room. Just once arrived in the evening to fix the roo. 5 star hotle Should do it every evning. no clinex in the room, no weight in the room.

room was good size, bed comfortable, breakfast very good, polite employees, great pool
Cigarette smoke everywhere, including hallways, smoke penetrating in rooms, I had to open constantly the window in the room. Will not stay again here.
Reception area and the whole floor is obnoxiously smelling of cigarettes; the whole hotel and the elevators smell of cigarettes- it is a shame!!!!!!!!! This is not a bar- it is a hotel!!!!

The garden and restaurants
The staff have no training , the doorman standing outside smoking cigarette with another employee reluctantly asking if you need help with your luggage. Dirty carpet in the room, hard mattress, couch seat size pillows, lumpy blankets. There was a wedding in the banquette hall on the first floor, they played techno music till 4:30 a.m , could hear and feel the vibrations on the 16th floor.

The rooms have definitely improved from last years.
The male staff in the evening was incredibly rude and it just ruins the whole experience of the stay. If it is a five star hotel, I expect staff to be friendly and customer service oriented. The staff before was much better.

The location is great! I can't argue with that. Great choices of restaurants on the property is a big plus.
The room was outdated, for the money I spent there, it just wasn't worth it.
Parking is separate from the hotel. There is discount for guests, but still heavily overpriced. They didn't even replenish coffee or toilet paper, after we asked...

Very nice hotel, customer service and reception are terrible, very bad, they don't respond to anything when they give you the key, they don't look at you or explain anything to you, gym, breakfast hours, kitchen, you feel terrible, not recommended
