It was clean, the bed is big and comfortable. The balcony is big also.
The room smelled very bad, there is an odor coming from the bathroom which even after opening all doors to ventilate doesn't disappear. Also even though there is a central heating, the room was rather cold. The restaurant downstairs is overpriced.

Over all it was a good location and it was clean
Very litlle parking spaces, the balcolny was shared, the TV didn't work, and in the room there werent any chairs.

It is a nice location.
It was too noisy! Kids running all afternoon and evening on the upper floor. The kindergarten adjacent to the hotel had music outdoors all day. The hotel restaurant and bar do not exist!There is a space but the restaurant and bar are not operating. The hotel no longer has a kitchen available with plates and cutlery. The hotel description is out of date!! Desk includes a footstool not a chair. A chair can be provided if requested. Although wifi is free, it is very weak and the signal drops. Parking is very limited. If there is a place, can stop. Otherwise street is filled and need to park in the center area (if spots available) and walk to the hotel.

Nothing, the bad hotel visit by me in 3 years to visit Sofia
Oldest fit out in the room, hygienic equipment in the bathroom almost non-existent, in the bathroom, shower without cabin and mixer broke, freezer unconnected and very old, humidity to the wall without paint. At my arrival about 15’ to be received from someone. A workers team worked to the ground floor using hammer and many noise till 19:00 o’clock. This has been my first time here and the last too. Reservation for one night 35€ but the real value neither 20€.

The admin try to meet my expectations but not possible.
They had problem with heating, was during witer seson and due that the pension was still open. Should anounce and close till they solve the problem. The breakfast was without coffe, milk or tea. Just what was writen, an omlette with chese

We needed a hotel in the Vitosha district. Hotel Bansko met all our expectations in this case. The bus stop to go to Vitosha mountain was just around the corner. The room we stayed at was absolutely cozy, warm and spacious. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They even allowed us a late check out for some extra payment. Would highly recommend this place to the travellers seeking quietness and proximity to the national park of Vitosha.

Everything was perfect for us! The location is located in a very good and quiet area. The staff is very friendly and the food is very fresh and good. We will definitely come back.
