A quiet and peaceful place. You can take trips in the area without the hustle and bustle of Sofia.
Even though smoking was prohibited in the room, the cleaner smoked while cleaning the room.

I was able to check-in later during the evening, it was about 19:30. The rooms in the apartment are spacious.
I booked an apartment, but was given a room. On reception they told me that because I booked the room too late, they decided for me that it would be more comfortable to give me a room, because it would be faster to warm.
Then I said that I want the two rooms, because I have work to do after my kid go to sleep and they gave me the apartment. The AC in the apartment, did not work, though.

Disappointing
The breakfast was mediocre at best. Nothing spectacular or remarkable and the variety was poor. The same goes for the restaurant, but slightly better. There are very few options for vegetarian meals, though.
The water in the outside pool is cold. The pool itself is dirty - I guess it is kind of because they do not cover it at night. The mats provided for the sunbeds are stained. We didn't use any SPA at the hotel since nothing was included in the main price (except the pool and the fitness). You have to pay 20 BGN per piece as a deposit so to receive an extra towel for the pool.
The umbrellas are not enough. We slept at one of the apartments, there were stains on the carpet, and the furniture was worn out. Also, the bedsheets were stained, though washed.
The staff tries its best to be friendly and helpful, but this base is challenging.

It was on standard level, nothing amazing expected ...
Limited access to hotel pool ... only to 21:00 ... in these temperatures it was not pleasant.
At breakfast time, warming plates was cold. Who likes cold scrambled eggs?!

The room was very big, with two rooms and two beds. We had a bathtub and a giant balcony with extraordinary view, and a beautiful sunrise.
The room felt clean aswell. Great visit for two people.
Nice pool area with friendly guests.
Very nice personal.
I slept in the "living room" in a single bed and the AC was on me so I got a bad throat. If I turnt it off the room got very hot. And there wasn't really a way to make it go "slow speed".
I also checked under the bed and it didn't really look so clean there.
But the rest was good
