there was one woman that was helpful and upgraded us because there was a really bad noise in the room but the other day there was another woman in the reception she wasn’t really respectful but this is a really good hotel cause the other hotels either it’s really bad or really expensive

Breakfast was very good, heating was ok, staff at the reception were nice and pleasant.
Kitchen without dishes, only two glasses and two cups. Very old Samsung smart TV & and laptop, both have 10+ years. Since every TV channel has Bulgarian voiceover you can’t watch anything else if you don’t have your laptop because this one in the room is not usable.
Property parking is to small, we left the parking in the early morning, and came back around 12h, there was no free parking place, and some guy who is working there on my question “Where should i park my car?” told me that i came to early, i should stay out more, after 14h i can maybe find free place, and now i can go to find parking near the hotel in some streets around.

The staff at the reception desk were very nice and helpful. We were upgraded to 2 apartments instead of 2 double rooms, so it was very spacious.
Breakfast is OK. A nice variety, but ... But... see below in what we did not like.
The room was sparkling clean.
The location is good in terms of being close to metro, tram and bus lines, as well ad to the city center. But... see below in what we did not like.
The decor is absolutely ugly. Both the room and the public areas. It's dark, outdated (without any "old fashioned" charm) and too crowded with "heavy" art. It overwhelms you – and not in a good sense.
Breakfast ... you get the feeling that it's not the best quality products.
They have a coffee machine, but they ration you to one capsule per person for the duration of the stay.
The room had a slight odor of cigarettes. The door to the balcony had a broken handle and could not be opened to get some fresh air in.
No Extra towel for the swimming pool - you have to use the single one supplied in the room.
Location - the street is unpleasant (well – as most of the city is – gray, dilapidated, unkempt).

It is one of my favorites locations to stay in Sofia. Location is good, staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast offers for every taste. And the paintings and sculptures bring special feeling of being part of something extraordinary.

Very large spacious clean room with lovely views from the terraces. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good. The hotel is in good location, central and direct metro to the airport. The pool was nice and clean. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was good.

Very unpleasant manager who read me the lesson after I had complained about the cold room. No sorry. The owner was unavailable. A maffia guy in a far away country who was happy to receive my fulll price money but did not care: business without conscience .

The hotel’s staff insisted that I pay for the Spa , and more surprisingly even though the hotel’s description included breakfast when I checked out on December 31st, I was charged an additional 36 euros for my breakfast. This was my gift for the holiday!

The charging for the EV car was a huge issue. For 6 hours charging in low speed charger, they charged 2965 Bulgarian. This is crazy.

I loved the decor. It primarily has a lot of unique wood and interesting art.
Only the fact that it’s on a busy street and that it’s a bit on the pricey side. Service was excellent, as was the food in the restaurant.
